EV's again

    So this is on my Soul Silver game. I've got a Quilava with Outstanding potential. I started training. EV training. I Just realized I've been training for Spl Defence instead of spl Attack. so I need to feed it Grepa berries to take away the EV's I don't want.

    In what form do I do this? Can I just randomly feed these berries to my Pokémon or do they have to get the status effect? what do I need to do? Frankly I haven't researched into it alot. All that I've read on it only tells you what berries take away the EVs nothing about how to give it to your Pokémon

    PS I hope this is in the right place

    OH Guess what. I found out for myself. You can just use the berry on the Pokémon, I'm entirely not used to that. Dumb question. Sorry!

    The game will tell you when you've taken all the EVs again. Or rather, it'll stop telling you it's stat lowered. It'll only tell you it has no effect when it's happiness is at it's max.
