    Typically, human beings need to exercise in order to maintain ideal health, its been proven to help mentally as well as physically. It's used as an anxiety controller for many people (including me), and is a great way of keeping your body healthy as you age and progress through life.

    Do you exercise? How long do you do it? What type of exercises do you do? How often do you exercise?

    I'm not as healthy as I should be, but I'm losing weight pretty rapidly anyways, regardless of my idea of exercising these days is walking up and down the stairs to the second floor of my school building. I can run pretty well, and I used to do situps at night, but I don't feel like it anymore. However, I have been on my feet moving around at work for about 6 hours at a time multiple times at work, and I feel ok, so I'm not in that bad of shape. I'm fairly skinny, I feel fine, and I never want to do it, so I don't, even though I should.

    Oh gosh, probably less than I should. I get most my exercise from school classes (I take dance, which includes ballet, jazz, and contemporary), so I get quite a workout from that. During the summer, I'm usually dragged along to the gym, so I get a solid amount of excercise there. I also enjoy to run, but I never really work on getting faster. I'm more of an endurance kind of guy. Yesterday, actually, I went on a run around my neighborhood (which has plentiful hills), and my heart rate was at 200 x.x I want to lose weight, but I think I am doing alright for someone my age. Body appreciation has always been somewhat of an issue for me, but nowadays, my schedule is so busy, I can't stomach so much ;w;

    Actually I just recently got a subscription to the gym. Gonna try to get that beach body before the summer. Last year I only took off my shirt if I went swimming, but this year will be different >_> It's mostly my upper body though. I have football practice twice a week and then a match on Sunday so my legs are already looking quite full and sexy if I do say so myself. Though I kinda want to improve my stamina too, it's not as good as I wish it was tbh.

    I sometimes work out, and I'm about to start again. I think winter just died here a few days ago, so I'm going to start going to the track again 3 days per week and keep track of my experiences and progress. First time I'll probably be able to go a half-mile before dying, but I hope to be at two miles nonstop by May, perhaps do 5K (3.1 miles) by July.

    I really need to start doing strength workouts though, that's my more significant downfall. I've got 15 and 25 lb dumbbells that are right for a variety of arm and wrist exercises for me, and enough room to do squats and situps and pushups, but it's harder for me to get motivated to do those. I just need to learn to convince myself it's going to be worth it. After all, who doesn't want to have more sexy muscles?

    I do exercise, but mostly unknowingly. I don't actively pursue fitness. I don't do sit ups or pushups. I don't lift or do yoga. I just walk around, maybe dance if I have the time. Don't worry though, I wouldn't consider myself unhealthy. I give my diet the most attention, so I'm not straining myself.

    I do exercise like jogging. Before going to school i wake up early and do jogging. I dont do any other exercise. I think i should do other exercises too but i have school. I do skipping in holidays but mostly i do only jogging.

    Strangely, no; I don't get much exercise at all. I have a rather sedentary lifestyle, though I do have to move around for things like school and whatnot. What I regulate more, however, is my diet, and that seems to be doing wonders for keeping my weight at a stable level, my mind alert, and my body limber. I used to be quite overweight, though since adopting the change in diet, I've since shrunk rapidly, and my weight is now at a stable and acceptable level.

    ...Though I'm sure if I actually got more exercise, I would shrink even further. (Across, not down.)

    I go on walks sometimes and that's it, I'm not really as healthy as I could be admittedly, though my underlying conditions make it hard too ;u;
