    Hi, everyone. I'm Gentlefish, and I've been playing Pokémon seriously since... either the very end of 2013 or the very beginning of 2014, after X&Y released. I also participated in the Video Game Showdown 2008, having obtained a Turtwig as my first Pokémon in the magical year of 2007.
    I only discovered Lake Valor because Pariah happened to send me over. I frequent Nugget Bridge, so I don't know how much you'll be seeing of me, but I figured I should introduce myself and poke around a bit regardless. :)

    It's always nice to already have a friend on a new forum~ The Video Game Showdown does sound very fun, what type of games did you get to play there? And Turtwig is a nice starter, it's so adorable and Torterra is a really neat Pokémon (it's a turtle with a tree on its back). From your avatar, I take it you're excited for ORAS?

    @[member="Pariah"] Jeez, that was fast. xD Yeah, I finally got around to doing something.


    It was the precursor to the current Pokémon video game world championships series. I did well in the qualifier and then got stomped by a Japanese guy in round 1 of the USA/Japan event in Florida. xD
    Torterra is one of my favorites. :3
