Yes, LV went through some changes around the forums and a new look has been established! We also have Pokémon running around the forums as well! Try your luck at catching them! At any rate, glad you decided to pop back in, and welcome back!
It won't take long to adjust -- LV is honestly much, much better than it was a few months ago. =o I hope you'll get the hang of the updated layout and will stick around. =) The new Pokémon catching feature is one of the best things the forum has introduced too.
Just to give a heads up i am preping and going on my holiday soon I actually am going on holiday on the 16th of Augest but my prep days are from the 14th until i actually go away to europe I am saying it now so that i dont forget when it is closer the time so just so u know

Heya guys, I'm back after a long... LONG... break (too long, I know, sorry). This new format really is confusing though, but I'm sure it'll be comprehensible enough after a while of adjusting. Also if someone could direct me towards a guide on how to open a shop in the Market, I'd be most obliged.

Why thank you! Uhmmm the Pokémon catching system isn't really of use to me as of yet (not enough PkPts and the majority of Pokémon that I like aren't in the first two gens), and actually causes me to experience a large amount of lag... not to mention the pop-ups. So no, I don't really like it, to be honest. But I can see how others might like it, so I suppose it's fine.
That's a shame! Maybe future updates will allow you to disable the Pokémon pop-ups to reduce lag? I think we can all relate to not having enough PokePoints...I've spent about 80 something on Pokeballs
We can't all be the Scrooge McDuck of PokePoints, I know I certainly can't be... But yes, I hope that those pop-ups will have a disable button in a future update, though I can't be sure, of course
It already does have a disable option; you can find it in the Preferences page in the User CP. (Believe me, that was the first thing I looked for, just to make sure it existed - because pop-ups can lag and also be very distracting! As for shops in the market, there's no specific rubric on how your shop needs to be structured, or how much you will charge your customers; as long as you abide by the rules you can set up shop however you wish.
