Favorite Artists?

A lot of bands/songs I find out about are through the radio, but others I have found on my own through YT. I have several "favorite" songs, as well as bands, but just to name one of my favorite bands: Shinedown.

They have both hard and soft rock songs, and other varieties. My favorite all-time song from them is a tie between Sound of Madness and Diamond Eyes. I found out about this particular band through... you guess it, the radio, but they're not super overplayed like some other bands are. I've never been one to go solely off albums, but in my opinion, Shinedown's best album is The Sound of Madness, and I believe there's an extension of the album that was later released that added Diamond Eyes and a couple more songs to it. Other great songs on the album are:
Devour, Second Chance, The Crow & The Butterfly, and of course, Diamond Eyes.

 

I absolutely love Panic and Fall Out Boy, but I'm also becoming obsessed with The Glitch Mob, Arctic Monkeys and Bring Me The Horizon. (My music taste is a bit of everything o.o)

Fall Out Boy's new album 'American Beauty/American Psycho' is becoming my new favourite I have to say

 

Hmm. My favorite artists are all independent artists that I found on youtube. If I had to choose one, it would be Marcus Warner, or Evening Star, his other name. He makes tons of great soundtracks. I think my favorite album from him would have to be "Liberation."

 

I'm kind of everywhere when it comes to musical taste, in all honesty. Lately, I've been super obsessed with this Korean-American rapper/singer called Amber who originally started from the Kpop band f(x). I really love her vocals and her rapping skills because her skills are on point. I highly recommend checking her out. On the flip side, I've been really into Pretty Reckless, which has more of a Rock sound. I love the vocalist's vocals in all of the band's tracks.

 

Theory of a Deadman and Linkin Park, definitely. TOD makes me laugh when I need it because their lyrics are so true, and LP is an inspiration.

 

Celldweller and The Birthday Massacre are my two favorite groups (and only real life artists that I consistently listen to, since video game soundtracks are usually my main musical fixes otherwise); they have so many good tunes that I find it hard to pick any favorites without listing a whole bunch. My friend had shown me TBM's song "Kill the Lights" and I've been pretty hooked on them ever since, while Celldweller was one I picked up from watching artists' speedpaints on YouTube. There are also a few songs by Three Days Grace that I really like, as well as Honor Society and just about every track out of Katy Perry's old Teenage Dream album.

 

My favorite artist of all time is Kelly Clarkson. She is so wonderful and her songs have helped me through hard times. Her songs are so well done and I can relate to most of them.
