Favorite attack animations?

I remember being in so much awe when I first saw roar of time in diamond

 

Leaf Blade on Gen 3 games is interesting. I like how the grass moves like it's about to cut something, with the razor cut sound effect on top.

 

A Thousand Arrows I think it's called. One of the two moves for Zygarde hidden away in the coding for XY. I know it's sort of cheating, since the move isn't technically a "real move" yet, but it looks amazing.

That or Gen VI Hyper Beam. It's black, purple, has the old Gen I sound effect, and is amazing.

 

I like Retaliate and OH MY GOD Dragon Ascent, but I like the elemental fang attacks, too. I don't know why.

 

I love the sacred fire and origin pulse animations, it's soo cool


Oh , i like the Fusion flare and fusion bolt too

 

I like Giga Impact. Every time I see that animation it makes me feel as if one of my Pokémon is about to take a huge blow.

 

I love the animation they use for Brave Bird in Pokémon X and Y you an just feel the power of the move by looking at the animation... HO HO it's alot.

 

I've always really love draco meteor as an attack animation.

I mean a swirl of meteors is cool enough. I really love how it's honestly raining down from the heavens above.

 

Geomancy = FLYING ROCKS = wondering if someone had slipped somethign in your last drink

Naw but geomancy was nice. Embargo was nice in Gen 6 too.

 

I'm not sure why, but I've always liked Spacial Rend in Pokémon Battle Revolution. Maybe it just seemed so cool to actually see Palkia literately ripping a hole in space. The ring of energy radiating out from an attacking 'mon using something like Dark Pulse or Earthquake was pretty interesting too. I loved the way the camera whould pan around an attacking 'mon and then show the afteraffects of the move on the target, like Earthquake actually razing a slab of earth several feet.

 

Hyperspace Fury hands down is my favorite attack animation. The way that Hoopa just sends out its rings and just attacks the opposing Pokémon through those rings just looks amazing. And when Hoopa pops up in a ring and laughs at its enemy it's just hilarious.
