Favorite Champion

Lance. Not only is he a Dragon Master, one of the hardest types to defeat pre-Fairy, he's also Champion of two regions and helped take down Team Rocket himself.

 

Cynthia.

She's just so awesome, has some of the best music in the games, and has an awesome team. <3

 

Iris! She was so much fun to battle and I just loved her battle theme. Although she may be the youngest champion, I thought her team was pretty well though out and somewhat challenging. Plus her outfit was so cute.

 

I usually try as hard as I can to have a different opinion as the majority, but I just can't find a reason why not to put Cynthia here. Her team was great, well balanced, and actually hard to defeat. She has a badass design, the battle music was great, and this was most likely a battle you would remember for a long time. Cynthia also helped you various times throughout the game, and if I remember correctly, she even went to the Distortion Realm with you. Now that's what I call some real dedication to your work. Especially compared to other Champions such as Diantha, Cynthia really proves to be a worthy Pokémon League Champion

 

Green. I loved fighting him in first gen <3

 

Cynthia, she is involved in the plotline and her team gave me such a hard time that I started screaming once I had finally beaten her. The battle in which I beat her toke at least 15 minutes and I'll never forget it xD

 

Cynthia. My battle with her was the only one that I actually felt nervous about.

I usually am able to beat a champion first try. This was true for Cynthia as well, in Diamond version.
But in Platinum, it took more attempts than I would've liked.

Her team was incredibly balanced, for one. She also appears quite a few times during the game leading up to facing her. So even though she's a bit overrated in my opinion, she's still my favorite champion.

 

Cynthia, very hard fight yet not impossible. Plus the music is amazing.

 

Cynthia was a very interesting champion. The fact that she always started with a Pokémon with no weaknesses was interesting, plus she had a great team.

 

Cynthia for her beautiful design, great battle music, and diverse team. She was the full package when it came to a perfect champion and I enjoyed battling her immensely in D/P/Pt.. even if I lost a lot, ahaha. Then comes Steven as I've a fondness for steel-type trainers and he is pretty cute.

 

Cynthia... And blue/green. Green has the nostalgia and pure strength, but Cynthia is well rounded a good person. Can't help but like them both.

 

Gonna jump on the Cynthia train here. Her team was so well put together!

.... Until I absolutely destroyed it.

 

Gonna go with the majority here and say Cynthia, for reasons that others have already stated.

But Iris is definitely second for me, not only for that epic battlefield and music, but because of the concept for her - a character that's around the protagonist's age rocking a Dragon-themed team is a very cool concept. For that matter, she uses several of my favorite Pokémon (including my favorite ever). Her character in the story could have used a bit more of an appearance (although she was prominent in the original BW games and had the Memory Link), and she's not exactly the hardest Champion out there, but I still almost always find her very fun to battle, especially on Challenge Mode when her team gets buffed with 100-120 and even 150 power STAB attacks. (Dat Salamence in the rematch...)

 

It's a tough call. Lance is a pretty well established Champion, but I'm gonna have to say Blue/Green is the best champion. Unlike most champions you see in this day and age, Blue actually had build-up and several appearances, as opposed to a champion like Diantha who appeared maybe once or twice? Unpredictability is nice and all, but I prefer a built up, strong Champion. Lance also had that going for him. Steven was a decent champ, Cynthia was mediocre, and ALder was pretty good. Though not much build up for him, he has that Champion look.
Iris... Iris was just a joke. Again, unpredictable, but it is hard to take her serious as a League Champion.

 

I have to agree and say Cynthia! Haha, she had a lot more depth than most champions and appeared so strong contrary to the generic belief of women. Coming from a game where it's first gen allowed you to only be of male gender, it says something. Her battle music and team were great, and coordinate well. I just found her really cool!

Iris. She was already my favorite character before she became champion, and after that happened, she became my favorite champion. Steven comes in a close second, though, just for making me spend an abnormal amount of time to defeat him.

 

Never Actually fought her, but I love Cynthia, I am looking forward to the day I finally fight that Garchomp of hers, and her theme is one of the best
