Favorite Character Designs?

I'll go ahead and say that I like a lot of Bleach's character designs. I do have a soft spot for black-and-whtie, and there's a lot of that throughout the entire series.

If I had to narrow it down to a best one, though, I'd say Grimmjow. His whole persona and visage match perfectly (except that weird cat form), and he is generally a pretty awesome incarnation of badassery and a pretty good foil to Ichigo. Seriously, if you take an image of Ichigo, negative the entire picture (and then adjust skintone) he'll look like an impostor for Grimmjow. Very consistent theming for protagonist and personal antagonist.

 

Matoi Ryuuko from Kill la Kill is probably one of the best designed anime character I've seen. Not only does she look recognizable and badass, her appearance also fits her personality perfectly. If that's not enough, she gets tons of different outfits and stuff during series. Sadly she never got to wear the Nudist Beach uniform, but that's okay. I'm not upset about that at all ;w;
