Favorite Character?

Looker! He's an agent, he's team galactic, he's your mother!

 

I'd have to say N. I had a video game crush on him after I beat Black. It didn't last long though.

He's one of the more defined characters in the games I think. You don't get a lot of personality from people in Pokémon games often I've noticed.

 

Ash, because he is brave, and cares for his friends and his team
Brock, because of his friendship with Ash, and he always made me laugh going gaga for girls

 

I'm really likeing N right now.
Before that I was all about May.

 

My favorite character in the anime is definitely James, most entertaining character by far. Favorite in the manga is Red, I'm not one to pick a main character in a series as my favorite, but Red is awesome. Favorite in the games (minus myself) is probably Looker, he's hilarious.

 

Probably the rival or "Gary" or whatever you want to know him as from Red/Blue/Yellow, or Colress. The rival was perfect as the dickish neighbour kid who always had to one-up you, and Colress is a cool scientist guy who is more concerned with science than just being evil really, like a "results at any cost" kind of guy. Also his name sounds like a brand of toothpaste and I find it amusing.

 

Mine is Hugh, cause he loves unleashing his rage!

 

N is probably my favorite. He sure is sexy but beside that I loved his characters story. I liked how throughout the game he was depicted as someone who was your enemy but he still retained a sense of childhood innocence. He was a well defined character with personality like Taco said, so I think he's my favorite

Hugh because he's funny. I can't ever take him seriously after seeing that trailer.
And N, because I think he's one of the most well developed characters in the series. Funny how most of the fans see him as a romantic kind of guy while he's actually really creepy.

 

Oh GAWD! How could I forget, Mirror B is my favorite Pokémon Character ever.

 

I never really picked favorites with the Pokémon characters, so I don't have a definite choice. However, on a whim I'll go with James, which is odd because initially I didn't like him very much. Why choose him? Because there were a few moments where his lines in the series gave me a little chuckle. Comic relief characters are always pretty high on my list.

 

I thought about it some more, and I decided I really like Blaine (from the Pokémon Adventures manga)
he's such an awesome guy.

 

I have three favorite characters that are kind of tied.

Ash, James and Misty.

 

I do have to say that Ash does come across as a pretty lame trainer. He doesn't even TRY to catch most of the Pokémon he comes across, end every time he goes somewhere else he chooses to use new cutesy Pokémon rather than his old strong ones, Pikachu excluded of course. I understand why this is from a marketing perspective, showing off new Pokémon for a new region and game coming out, but for the story of the show it's pretty lame.
