What are your favorite towns and cities?

For Kanto, I have to go with Lavender Town. That 8-bit music was so haunting that it alone spawned a widely received and expanded-upon creepypasta story. Gotta respect that. I like the concept too. Johto, I have to go with Olivine City. Has my favorite Johto gym leader, and maybe a bit of bias as a seaside port town; I live in one in real life, and visiting lighthouses are some of the better memories of my childhood. I honestly haven't played much of Gen 3 or any of Gen 4, so I can't really comment there...but for Unova I always liked Driftveil the best, especially in Black 2 where it was expanded with the PWT.

Kanto would perhaps be Cinnibar. I loved the theme - it's so cool! And the fact that it was a separate island was cool, too.
Johto I couldn't decide. I like the atmosphere of Ecruteak though.
Hoenn is Fortree, it's a cute little village on trees <3
Sinnoh I liked Jubilife and Veilstone and Sunnyshore and Snowpoint, too! It's a tough decision, i can't decide.
Unova is Driftveil. It just has something about it XD And I love the music <3

My favorite places are Nimbasa city in Unova. I aslo like Lavaridge in Hoenn due to the hot spring with old ladies lol.

What is your favorite Route in any game? We have so many, but which do you like best? For me it's Route 47 in HGSS! A new route to the game which seems to connect the regions, it has Sinnoh styled music, Hoenn legendaries, Kanto and Johto Pokémon. My favorite route!

Hm that's a little tough cause I never really thought about liking a specific route. I suppose I'll go with Route 26/27 in Kanto leading to Victory Road for its place in the game as well as Pokémon found there, or Route 15 in Unova for being some cool foggy cliffs with some of my favorite Pokémon in the wild in both games.

My favourite routes are 42 and 44, simply because they share a music track. This music track, in 8-bit sound, is really nostalgic for me, but I'm more perplexed because I don't know why.

Hoenn Route 120. Oh, nostalgia of my first Pokémon game ~
The music still makes me smile like a little kid, and I love the drifting clouds reflecting in the water.

I've loved a lot of music from the games. But I think the one that I remember most is the routes (like the day care route in Sapphire/ruby/emerald) that have this song:

    Unova Route 1.

There's something exciting about stepping onto the first route of the game, and the scene with the three of you going in at the same time was cute. I also appreciate that they kept the floating whatsits in BW2. I even train my BW2 Pokémon there.

I really like Route 4 in Unova, it was cool how we got to see it progress from B/W to B2/W2. I also like how in B2/W2 that there are houses in the middle of the desert.

I like the victory roads. Just the feeling that you're so close to the elite 4, the thing you've been working so hard towards. Gives me a great feeling.

Probably Route 4 in White 2 because of the ancient ruins and it gives the route more of a desert-like feel to it. I didn't like it in Black 2 mainly because it felt far too urban and less like a desert (i.e. the common trees and grass replacing the sand was a bit farfetched). Walking in Black 2's Route 4 felt a bit claustrophobic imo.
EDIT: Towns and cities? I really liked Opelucid City (past and future seemed cool), Olivine City (lighthouse music) and Mauville City (that's like my rendezvous spot for Hoenn)

Favorite town...Floaroma and Pacifidlog. Floarma is just so pretty and Pacifidlog reminds me of this little town just a few hours bus ride from my home town. I really like the Hoenn region in general since I live in a tropical country so it feels really real to me.

Favorite route...herm, that's a tough one since I don't really think of the route, but I have to go with the routes that allow you to dive in RSE. I don't remember what number they were exactly, 134 or something I think, but I really loved diving. I like wasting my time underwater just thinking of how your player is able to breath. :)

My favorite city is Snowpoint City. For a while I really hated snow because I was just so sick of it, but now I live in a place where we hardly get any snow and when we do, I actually really enjoy it. My favorite route is route 15 in Unova. There are so many cool Pokémon to catch there.

For Kanto, I'm gonna go with Lavender Town
Johto, Ecruteak, like all the history it has.
Hoenn, Fortree for treehouses or Lavaridge for Hot Springs xD
Sinnoh... Eterna i guess, I don't know why
Unova, Mistralton City because of the airport :D

    ~Kanto~
Favorite City/Town: Cinnabar Island. I love fire types, Baine's really awesome, and I have memories of feeling really accomplished when I finally reach it. It's a cozy yet mysterious place with all around good memories. *alsocoughmissingnocough*
Favorite Route: 28. That final, silent stretch right before Mt Silver is more powerful than any other route in Kanto, except maybe route 1, where my whole journey started.

    ~Johto~
Favorite City/Town: Goldenrod City. It's so warm and comforting to explore (except the underground which is way sketch). I'll be honest, though; Johto used to be my favorite region, and I love all the towns, but none really stick out from the others.
Favorite Route: none especially stick out to me. Huh. I guess if I had to pick one, Route 35 for leading to that lovely national park.

    ~Hoenn~
Favorite City/Town: Lavaridge for the awesome hot springs and fire gym leader who is hot, physically and literally. ;P Although, if Fortree was a real town, that'd be amazing.
Favorite Route: 119! Was always so much fun to get through for some reason. That was probably one of my favorite points in the game. IDK why, but the rain and such was a lot of fun for me.

    ~Sinnoh~
Favorite City/Town: I always found Floaroma so peaceful, but because it's near the beginning of the game and I've gone through it so many times, I can't really say it's my favorite. I really really love Snowpoint, for being the only city coated in snow. It's peaceful, and beautiful. So I'm going to say that.
Favorite Route: 217! More snooow! I actually don't like snow in real life, but just walking through it in a video game is so exciting. Yeah, the hail got annoying, but at least it was exciting and not boring. ~

    ~Unova~
Favorite City/Town: If Village Bridge counts, that. I loved talking to the guys and listening to vocals in the music. That bridge felt so magical and musical.~ If that doesn't count, then probably Undella Town. Castelia really impressed me with its size and all, but Undella is peaceful and playful. I really like peaceful cities~ I also like how it's on the beach, and can serve as a vacation spot in the summer, or just a peaceful place to hang out in other seasons.~

As for Kalos... guess we'll have to see when the games come out!

My favorite town has to be Lavender Town. With it's creepy music, creepy people and creepypasta, I just can't help but love it. I often listen to the Lavender Town theme, too~
