    I have to go with Koga as well, I find it cool how it's a gym leader that worked his way up to the higher position of Elite 4. Interesting continuity with Gen 1 going on there.

    I like Koga too. He's ninja-y and he's all "Yeah, it's not about power, see?" And he badly poisons your Pokémon.
    And then you psychic the hell out of him.

    Koga for sure. He used poison types, which most consider a weak typing. It's one of the cooler types used in the elite 4 in my opinion.
