Favorite Gen 2 Gym Leader

Shoot, I like both Pryce and Clair, but if I had to narrow it down, it'd be Pryce, because he's a graceful loser.

 

Jasmine, no question. Shows off the new-for-Gen-2 Steel type and uses one of my favorite Pokémon Steelix. Also she is cute. Loves me some Jasmine. You can tell she has uh..a special relationship with her Pokémon.



Yep.

 

I like Claire. She was a tough one to battle against with all her overpowered dragons and the classic random Gyarados that dragon trainers seem to always love having...
What makes her my favorite though, is that even after you beat her gym she was so prideful that she still didn't give you the badge, and actually made you do something else.

I'm quite fond of Jasmine because she's so pretty and adorable and shy and has a GIANT THIRTY-FOOT SERPENT MADE OF STEEL

 

Jasmine because she's such a cute person. She's so innocent. She's really kind (evident due to the lighthouse) and she has a steelix, a massive metal serpent that could probably kill you.

 

Jasmine... she's so great and nice. Also you get to help her with Amphy. But also she's strong, the steel type is kinda hard.

 

Tie between Pryce and Clair; Pryce is a total psycho in the PokeSpe manga, and Clair plays around with dragons, 'nuff said.

 

Morty! Because he was the first ghost type gym leader. <3

 

I think Claire because she was a Dragon user and when I would battle her, to me it was fun and challenging at the same time.

Ice-type gym leader. What else do I have to say?

And the fact that he meditates under a waterfall daily is pretty cool too.

Not in Gen 4. " In Generation II, a Boarder in Pryce's Gym states that the secret to Pryce's power is his daily meditation under a waterfall. In Generation IV, this is changed to his sitting on top of "very cold ice". -Bulbapedia.

There lies the discrepancy, then.

 

Ugh, I hate when Game Freak does stuff like that. :cry:

 

I guess Clair is my favorite, if only because her design is pretty cool. Sure, she refuses to give you the badge after you beat her, which makes her look like an annoying bitch, but still. Dragons!

 

Clair, her design is awesome and she is just really powerfull (until you beat her and she starts crying xD)
