    I personally like to use the Long Sword. Its pretty risky as you have no way to shield and you aren't very fast like with Dual Blades but if you manage to pull off the combos you can get ridiculously powerful and deal massive damage. They seem to get the job done well overall.

    I think my favourite class of weapon is either the long sword/katana or the dual blades. I like the power and reach of the long sword, but the difficulty of combos is frustrating. The dual blades I like because of their speed and they make me feel like an assassin class character, but it is difficult to quickly kill things with them.

    I like the hammer as well, but it is frustrating to use because of the low range and slow attack speed.

    Now, I´ve only played the demo version like 20 times xD But I found myself having the best time using the Dual Blades, or I guess it was the Long Sword. Anyway, they´re both quite fast weapons, which is usually what I prefer. (I should´ve bought the full version I know)

    Get MH4U, it'll have online and if you liked the demo, there is no way you wouldn't enjoy the full game 10x more xD

    You'll need a 3ds first though :P

    I've also only played the demo, but I don't really have a favorite class yet, if I'd play the full version, it would probably end up being something with a bow, because I really like bows.
