What is your favorite non-damaging, non-healing move? Mine would be Swords Dance. mm, Attack stat.

Bulk Up, for both Attack and Defense. Alternatively, I also like Curse.

i really like spite! if you use it on one of those really powerful moves that only have like 5 hp you can potentially cripple a Pokémon in no time

Well, Growth for increasing the Attack and Special Attack stats, and Coil, for it increases the Accuracy, Attack and Defense stats at the same time.

I would have to say Coil. It's really helpful sometimes.

I really like Dragon Dance, speed and attack are good stats to boost at once. I'm also a fan of Iron Defense on some Pokémon, boosting that already high defense even higher. Used a lot less overall by me than Dragon Dance though.

    My favorite move is...
    Splash.
Completely useless, but it's hilarious for some odd reason.
    Yes I am weird.

I guess my other favorite move would be Acid Armor. I just think it's pretty cool looking. I keep imagining Vaporeon dissolving into water and the opponent being all "wut?"

I remember Vaporeon using it in the anime, that was pretty neat to 10yr old self.

I think my most used move in my latest team that fits this criteria would be Thunder Wave. Paralysis spreading is so nice.

Taunt! On my Whimsicott, she shuts down several Pokémon that rely on boosts to live~ I imagine her being a complete ass insulting my opponent, too.

To me any move that doesn't damage, cause an effect (like sleep powder or stun spore), or heal (don't really like those moves much either) is completely worthless and a waste of time trying to use. If you want to cause something to happen to their stats then use a move that has that sort of after effect..like Rock Smash.

Yeah! Exactly! I remember Vaporeon using it in the anime too and when I was little, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. And for some reason, it's still lingering around me as one of those really cool moves.

I also just remembered I like Haze. Love it when you have those jerks who keep boosting their evasion or lowering your accuracy! >:'C

    So many to choose from.
On Soulsilver, three members of my team have swords dance. Once I migrate them to White, I'll make that number four. It only works well on really defensive Pokémon or in game where the competition isn't as tough (I have never competitively battled, anyway).

My Serperior however makes use of coil, and in tandem with leech seed it really sets him up for a grass-type sweep. You can use the accuracy boost to make up for the slight miss rate of leech seed, or you can start with leech seed and use it to keep you alive while you put +3 into attack, defense and accuracy.

Quiver dance is also a good one because it raises three stats at once. If you really want, you could use Quiver dance and Coil on the same Pokémon, give it a healing move and use both stat moves to raise every stat barring evasion. If there is a Pokémon that can learn both moves in addition to a healing move, then the last slot would have to be Baton Pass! Imagine passing a +6 in six stats to your sweeper? Or even your wall? Maybe pass it to Ditto with Imposter, with all HP EVs. It emerges, transforms into the opponent, copying its stats, and then gets a +6 in all of them plus accuracy. Ladies and gentlemen, a dream that may be realised under the luckiest of circumstances.

Cotton Guard increases only 3 actually :)
No set-up move increases more than 3 on just one stat. And there's only two of those anyway.

I really love Heal Block because of the Sound in the 5th Generation :D
I don't know why but I'm always happy when I hear it
