Everyone has their favorite Pokémon, most likely it is more than one. From first gen to the seventh, here are my favorites in a row: 1. [3D='038'] Pretty much the reason I love the Pokémon games to death. 2. [3D='umbreon'] Hard to choose between the Eeveelutions from this gen, but Umbreon is so sleek and made to be the dark hunter. 3. [3D='shuppet'] I like it. No other reason. 4. [3D='leafeon'] Foxes... 5. [3D='sawsbuck'] A season changing deer. Yes, please! 6. [3D='meowstic-f'] or [3D='braixen'] Pretty devastating kitty and a witchy fox. Yeah, I am weird. 7. Rockruff. Yep, the puppy has made its way to the top spot, just out edging Alola Ninetales and Vulpix. My all time favorite is still Ninetales, but it is not the only favorite I have. What are your favorite Pokémon from each generation?
Oooh this should be fun, here we go XD Gen 1: [3D='butterfree'] Butterfree has always been the Pokémon I think of when I think gen 1 so I have to go with it. Gen 2: [3D='cyndaquil'] [3D='quilava'] [3D='typhlosion'] The whole line XD I just love these guys. Gen 3: [3D='aron'] [3D='lairon'] [3D='aggron'] Aggron is my favorite Pokémon, but I like the entire line a lot Gen 4: [3D='shaymin'] Hedgehogs are adorable and this one kicks ass and got a great movie 10/10 Gen 5: [3D='klinklang'] I used one in White and I absolutely loved it, it's really strong. Some hate the design but I don't. Gen 6: [3D='clawitzer'] Another one that I grew to love by using it. Gen 7: Dhelmise. I am a sucker for things that have to do with ships and the sea, so yeah... XD
Man this is hard for me to select my favorite, I just like things Gen 1. [3D='shiny-mew'] It was my first Pokémon card and has become a staple as my favorite Pokémon. Though eevee is really close in second place. Gen 2. [3D='espeon'] I am a huge eeveelution person I enjoy the set. I find this one so glamorous and gentle. It is a great combination of simplicity and typing Gen 3. [3D='sceptile'] It has been my pick as a starter for multiple playthroughs, I just love the design and the way it moves. Though I almost never pick grass types, this little one is wonderful on my team. Gen 4. [3D='luxray'] or [3D='buneary'][3D='lopunny'] or [3D='pachirisu']Luxray has always been on my team since this gen, he so very interesting and has a great design. I just love Buneary and Lopunny, I love it for its design and eventually its mega evolution. Pachirisu was a toy I loved to play with as a kid so I loved the design. Gen 5. [3D='zorua'] [3D='zoroark']one of the best designs to come from gen 5, the ability they have is very unique and I enjoy seeing the way people react. Gen 6. [3D='sylveon'] I really love the new fairy typing and this Pokémon is able to be a total monster while being so adorable and cute. Gen 7. It is a complete tie between Mimikyu and Stufful/Bewear. I love the lore of Mimikyu and the ability it has is incredibly useful and attacks it has are great. I love having one on my team. Stufful is just adorable but Bewear is who I really enjoy. It is so powerful and tanky though its abilities really hold it back. Though I really enjoy using it anyway since it is strong.
Woot. Gen 1) HMMM I WONDER Raichu is the best. Gen 2) I'm not exactly sute why. I've just grown to love the Totodile line. Maybe due to SoulSilver. Who knows. Gen 3) ...It's cool. I've loved Absol from the moment I first saw it. Gen 4) ... Okay. Fine. (seriously though I love Sinnoh Legendaries) Okay, I'll stop. Staraptor was also one of my first favorites. Mostly because it was one of the first Pokémon I used, and it was extremely helpful in my team. Gen 5) or I, for one, actually really liked Gen 5. There were a ton of unique and cool-looking Pokémon. Oshawott and Chandelure are only the top two, I have plenty more. Gen 6) and I have no clue why I like Vivillon. Seriously. I don't. Delphox is an awesome starter, and Talonflame has been very useful, and so, is a top pick. Gen 7) and I LOVE the entire Rowlet line. Rowlet is a cute little bow tie-wearing fluff of a birb, Dartrix is... just an awesome emo birb, and DECIDUEYE IS FRIKKIN' ARCHER DUDE OVER HERE with an adorable hoodie that CLOSES! And then there's Mimikyu. How can you not love Mimikyu? ANYWAY, those are my favorites. My overall favorite is definitely Raichu, no doubt, but I love a lot of Pokémon. Hooray.
1. [3D='mewtwo'] or [3D='gengar'] Badass artificial god with amazing psychic power or awesome ghost that is essentially part shadow? 2. [3D='tyranitar'] Godzilla. Self-explanitory, in my opinion. 3. [3D='blaziken'] The fighting fire chicken. Good stats, and has a cool design. 4. [3D='weavile'] This thing is just cool. 5. [3D='samurott'] [3D='gigalith'] [3D='krookodile'] or [3D='braviary] The samurai sea lion is badass, the moutain of rocks and crystals can wreck almost everything in its path, the sand crocodile has probably the best vision I've every heard of and is cool, and the eagle is just awesome. 6. [3D='avalugg'] or [3D='aegislash'] The ice monster is a defensive wall, surprising for an Ice-type. The ghost sword is a ghost sword, which is awesome. 7. Araquanid. I just completely fell in love with this thing when I used it. Surprisingly good defensively, and its ability is fantastic.
I heavily base my favorite Pokémon from my experience doing competitive battling, and which ones I would always use or had special spots in my teams ) My first generation Pokémon has to be My main battling style was mostly stall, and Chansey was my most used medic of my teams. Eviolite really let her shine as, in my opinion, the best wish and heal bell user in the game, Second Generation has to be Tentacruel is a solid rapid spinner and toxic spikes user, while also being a solid scald user. I wasn't a big user of third generation Pokémon in my teams, so I'm going more on style. My favorite is because it's the cutest thing ever Roselia also leads into my favorite fourth generation Pokémon which is Roserade is probably my third favorite Pokémon, and is one of my most used Pokémon in my teams. Roserade has so many good movesets that you can run letting it fit into almost any role in your team. For fifth generation, my favorite has to be I fit Meloetta as both a defensive and offensive Pokémon with it's great move pool, and ability to be both a physical and special attacker. Meloetta's versatility caused it to be my favorite 5th gen Pokémon. For sixth gen, Pyroar takes the cake. Pyroar holds a special place in my heart, and it became my second favorite Pokémon due to it being the best counter to Aegislash(imo). I would run a Choice Specs set with Overheat, Fire blast, Hyper Voice, and Dark Pulse back when Aegislash ran amok in OU, allowing it to OHKO Aegislash and either kill or chunk any other Pokémon in the tier. Finally, my favorite seventh gen Pokémon is my disgrace. Pyukumuku has taken the place of my favorite Pokémon across all gens due to how damn cute it is! At first glance, Pyukumuku seems like nothing special, but when you use him correctly, he can be a powerful addition to a team. It can check many Pokémon with Counter and Taunt, while also being a good sacrifice with Innards Out. It also has access to Z-Memento which is basically a healing wish that lets you heal up any other member of your team. Well that was a really long post... but yeah!
