I remember first time around in RSE Victory Road those Aces actually had pretty challenging teams! :O Plus I didn't really have a Flash user, because Flash is a useless move, so I was bumping into them like crazy XD
Which gen's Ace Trainers are your favorite? I still really like the designs of the Hoenn ones after all these years. They have just the right amount of cool outfits and hair to work for me XD

I've always liked Ace Trainers and Dragon Tamers! Specifically Ace Trainers in Kalos because they are very stylish and Dragon Tamers in Sinnoh with those fabulous capes.
It is kinda interesting to see that a lot of you seem to like the Ace Trainers, while I can't imagine exactly why. Not to sound negative or something, but I cannot find a real connection with that class.
I think a lot of us just like the coolness vibes they give off XD Most Ace Trainers have actually pretty strong mons, and we like the extra bit of challenge that gives us.
Will agree on the veterans The rare times when you face a Veteran duo... Those are actually legitimately tough battles @_@
Those are so much fun. Except when trying to nuzlocke. The best I can come up with is that I am usually over prepared to the point where Ace trainers don’t really put up a fight.
I like the veteran and ranger trainers, the rangers of course being the ones from the core games not the spin offs. Veterans can be fun to battle when you're late in the game since they usually have some pretty decent pokémon and are for the most part seem to have better AI than most trainers in the game. Rangers because in the core games they're about protecting nature and the wildlife, I'm all for that stuff.
Ace trainers look really cool to me. Plus they're often more powerful compared to other trainers in their area, so they're good for levelling your team up.
Ranger, Ace, and Lady are my top three, in that order. I guess for the Ace trainer it depends on the game though since the aesthetics change so much. It's cool to see some decently good Pokémon coming from an NPC though.
I really like Ace Trainers, they usually look so cool, and their Pokémon are a nice challenge! I think my favorite design from what I can remember is Kalos.
Ace Trainers and I believe Veterans in SM/USUM are my favourite trainers because they provide a much needed challenge over the other route trainers.
I've always thought Poké Maniacs were cool. I love how they wear monster costumes. Hex Maniacs and Veterans are also pretty neat.
