    Since I am covered in snow right now, what is your favorite winter-themed level in video games?
    Mine would have to be without a doubt Sherbert Land in Mario Kart Double Dash. I hate it but at the same time I love it because of a run-on joke with one of my friends. The joke is Tunnel Shell, Using the Bowser Shell Item in the tunnel part to cause tons of havoc.

    While the Ice Cavern was legendary in Zelda OoT, and the Snowhead Temple was also among my favorites in Zelda MM, my absolute favorite Winter themed levels have always been in the DKC series, namely DKC 1. They really utilize all the wintery mechanics in the snow world and make it very fun, yet challenging.

    Frozen Altars. Spyro 3. More Antarctica themed but still, instant classic for several reasons;
    1. Freeze breathe
    2. Yeti Boxing
    3. Return of an ice-skating themed mini-game (Ala like the one from Spyro 2)
    4. Aaaand pretty much freezing every penguin and freeze-able enemy you come across. Bonus points for at least one of the penguins vaguely taking about being frozen after being set free!
    Roaming through the snow in Assassin's Creed 3 & Assassin's Creed Rogue was also pretty nice as well.

    A few Rare games had some really memorable Winter levels; the entirety of the Snowflake Mountain world in Diddy Kong Racing, especially Walrus Cove and Frosty Village. Both levels remind me so much of Christmas time, and I really loved the music + level designs! I'd say the same for Freezeezy Peak and [Winter] Click-Clock Wood in Banjo-Kazooie, but both levels are filled with those annoying snowman enemies (and have some of the toughest Jiggies in the game). ;;

    Although it isn't a level, Flanoir in Tales of Symphonia, had a very snowy feeling to it. Even the Ost had a feeling of snow to it~
    I secretly hum the Ost while snow falls, and it gives me joy of doing so.Watch at your own risk, it is addicting~

    I'm a big fan of Sherbet Land in Mario Kart Wii. I love racing my amateur friends and watching them suffer at the hands of the penguins repeatedly.

    I absolutely love winter levels. It's really hard to pick a favourite but I think I can. Valak Mountain.

    What a wondrously beautiful place. Large, completely snow capped, full of monsters to fight (3 VERY tough Superbosses late into Xenoblade), lots of quests to do and breathtaking visuals, particularly at night as it all lights up yellow. I also love BOTH of it's tracks.
