    Which do you prefer to read and why? Which do you prefer to write? (To make things fairish we'll call historical fiction non fiction since I doubt people here frequently write biographies)

    Furthermore what's your favorite genre? (I.e. Sci-fi, mystery, horror, documentary, etc.)

    I personally love to write and read fiction! Don't get me wrong, non-fiction is great, but fiction brings me more joy. Fiction brings me into another world and makes me see things from a different perspective. I love how creative it is and just how outlandish it can become. Fiction, if nothing else, disconnects me from the bad things in my own life to the resolution of the story. It's just more fun and interesting for me to see. Especially since I won't know how it all plays out.
