Fifth Generation Seasons

Spring, because I like spring irl too I also love the seasons thing from gen 5 as a whole, because it adds more reality

 

Just for the record, they were introduced in BW, not just B2W2, not a big deal but wanted to mention that.

Anyway, I think my favorite season in-game would be spring, because the music that plays in this season at certain routes throughout the game would have to be my favorite of the seasonal tracks. That and you get to battle Cynthia every day in Undella Town Second is probably Winter, I like the white background that the grass has in the battle scenes then, and how there are certain areas you can only access during winter, but at the same time it locks you out of other areas. Fun though.

 

I liked Winter the most since you could slide around on water, not to mention I'm a fan of snow, haha. Really wish they kept this feature in XY; I hope it returns someday :<

 

I really like the Autumn season. I really love the color palette with the little leaf details in the game. I really just think it's really pretty.

 

As much as I liked the seasons in the Gen V games, I did not like the fact that certain areas were only accessible during specific seasons. At least I could just emulate my game to any time, skipping a potential three months of waiting before getting to a certain place. But, apart from that minor complaint, the changing seasons were great! And the adjusted music to fit each season only made it better I hoped we would have seasons in Gen VI, but instead we just got random rain that only ruins your Horde EV Training -_- Not cool, GameFreak...

 

I enjoyed the seasons, and Spring was my favorite because of the greener colors! I thought it was a really interesting mechanic, with certain places you could only go in certain seasons- it would be cool to see something similar in future games.

 

I liked Autumn and Winter, because they were always so pretty with BW/BW2's graphics. <3

 

Autumn gives off the coolest colors so its my favorite! I hope the season mechanic returns someday! Poor Deerling.

 

I absolutely loved the season changes, and it'd be so cool if it came back. I think I liked either Autumn or Winter the most. Autumn was so colorful, and Winter was beautiful, and allowed you to access tons of previously unreachable areas. It was a fun and very neat mechanic, and I miss it. I guess having different areas have different "season" traits in X&Y is an okay compromise though, like having certain places be snowy and stuff.

 

I liked Autumn and Winter best! In winter you get to access places that are usually not available during the other seasons and Winter Forme Sawsbuck is b-e-a-u-tiful! And I love autumn because of all the orange!

 

Seasons was one of the things that really made Gen 5, it was a really neat feature, plus I loved all the little changes it made to the game! Summer was probably my favorite season, appearance-wise. Although, it did make completing the Pokédex and catching certain Pokémon really difficult if it wasn't the correct season, haha.

 

Much like in real life, I enjoyed winter the most. Beautiful scenery and gave you access to some of the most useful items. Autumn was a nice season as well.

 

Autumn is just beautiful. :] Who can say no to fallen leaves and those gorgeous reds/oranges? Made me want to go outside and take in the autumn breeze.. too bad I hardly paid much attention to the seasons. Now that I look back on it I do miss them a little, ugh. Nature. <3

 

i really like the design of places during Autumn, all those warm-coloured leaves remind me of Bellchime Trail, my favourite place in the whole world of Pokémon

 

I can't decide between fall and winter~
It's beautiful seeing everything change, and using Deerlings and Sawsbucks in that time is beautiful.
