Fight Night

I write this at a KFC on my way to a local pub to go see UFC #202. Tonight's fight is a welterweight class between Connor McGregor vs. Nick Diaz. I enjoy these fights for several reasons. One it's a bonding experience with my father. Two it's impressive to see these men and women show off all their trainin. The octagon is a place where the disputes are settled. It's you, the other guy, and the walls around you. To me it's an art. A rough one at that, but an art nonetheless. I don't think I'd ever participate in it, but I love to see them go. Also Herb Dean is the best ref ever


I talk about UFC, but there are a lot of other fighting competitions, tournaments, and styles. Boxing, judo, hell even wrestling. How about you guys? What type of fighting do you watch?
