Well, the 4th of July is coming for all the people in the US, so I figured I'd make a thread where we talk about fireworks shows! Any shows you've seen that have left you feeling exceptionally wowed? What are your favorite kind of fireworks to see? I think the best fireworks show I've seen was one in Hawaii many years back. It was loud, it was bright, and it was coordinated amazingly. My favorite fireworks types are the smiley face and Saturn-shaped ones. Those never get old.
Haha lets ignore Canada on Canada day and talk about the US instead lol. havent really seen fireworks in a years, but i do have fond memories of fireworks in NY 4-5 years ago
I find it difficult to distinguish between different types of fireworks, so I just go see whatever is visible from the backyard of my house. I do enjoy the experience though. So pwetty!!!
I actually hate fireworks. Visually, I feel just 'meh' about them. They look cool, sure, but I can definitely live without them. I really hate the noise of fireworks. The further away I am from where the fireworks are being set off, the better off I am. If I'm too close to the fireworks they get too loud and I just can't handle all the noise.
The 4th of july is really just a regular day to me. i dont think i go anywhere special to see fireworks, however it'll be fun to see the neighbours constantly firing fireworks all the way into next week.
We usually just go outside and watch our neighbors shoot off their fireworks, but sometimes we shoot off our own fireworks.
I think fireworks are really pretty, but after 18 years of watching them... kind of boring. They're also kind of obnoxious, so I really don't care for them.
I like the look of fireworks, but I don't go out to watch them, unless it's with friends or for a date. They create a nice atmosphere for hanging out with people.
My to say my neighborhood goes overboard is an understatement. Every type of fire works that's sold at our stores are on the streets firing into the night. My side of the neighborhood does its fair share of fire works but they are overshadowed by everyone else. That being said, I like fireworks to a degree. I think their a fun and interesting colors but get old the longer into the night I go. Due to how outrageous my neighborhood goes with fireworks, I've unfortunately become spoiled and used to seeing massive displayed. Actually my favorite fireworks is actually the mortar. Its just so simple, one note, and powerful that it stands out from all the longer displays.
