What are some foods you want to try? Some random things on my list are mangosteens, durian fruits, and takoyami (octopus dumplings).
I want to try raindrop cake one day. Its so pretty but I have a feeling it might not be that good sadly
I forget the exact name but it is meat (I think beef) wrapped in plantain, then fried also Jicama. Didn't know it existed until the other week, and my work sells it whole and in slices so the only thing stopping me is me.
I really want try some Indian food. I've been obsessed with Asian food for years, but there aren't many places around here that serve that cuisine. Thankfully the place I'm moving to has an Indian food cart right nearby.
Oh and sushi too! I don't eat fish but...you know it wouldn't hurt to try sushi cause it's raw fish?...
Hm. I also want to try some American food. Not the food itself, just the portions. I heard theyre massive. I wanna see if I can eat the whole thing or not.
I wanna try red bean candy. I've had a lot of good red bean desserts and I assume this would just be a solidified version of red bean soup? I also someday want to try affogato. Probably with more ice cream than espresso because I don't think I can handle that much bitter.
Just...general expensive stuff that I definitely can't afford. Like a raw oyster tasting. Or traveling just to try local food!
