Foreign backpacker and the Strange Souvenier

I heard some unrevealed Pokémon were identified by using the GTS, since you can search up the name of a Pokémon without seeing it. It could be very possible that new Pokémon are out there, just not revealed yet. (Done via event) Mr Musuda also mentioned that people disappointed by the lack of new Pokémon won't be disappointed for much longer so...

I have been hearing that there were codes in the game that have not been seen yet by the players. Hopefully they are released soon. I think I saw something to do with fire/water, but I have nothing to confirm it atm, other than my friend.

 

In the official guide it says there are 14 additional berries you have to trade with other regions to get and you can't store items in Pokémon bank so there has to be more regions.

 

I know nothing about this stuff, I don't got any theories, I just want to point something out.
Doesn't the strange souvenir look vaguely like a Marowak or Cubone. Maybe they are planning some cubone evolution or something. Just random speculation.

Marowak and a cubone? It looked more like a yellowish tiki skull to me...o . o

 

To be fair, it's easy they could give these out via event Pokémon.

Someone said it could be a hint for the next generation taking place somewhere based on South America (I would personally rather see a region based off of the Western US since Unova was based off of New York City; say a region that would span from Los Angeles to Seattle, so forests would be a dominant theme.) But perhaps it could just be some event/DLC Pokémon. >>

This seems a little far fetched, but what if there's a kind of mini-region that you get through DLC or something? Just like. A $10 optional expansion. To be honest, I'm not really sure whether or not I'd really like this. I've heard speculation of this through YouTube videos though, and I guess it was something that seemed at least a little possible...

Anyways, you know how the ornament supposedly looks like an unknown legendary Pokémon? How much do you guys think it resembles the Pokémon? I personally want it to resemble the Pokémon quite a bit. I think that would look like a really cool and creepy looking Pokémon. Whether or not that would work in it's favor is questionable, but it would be interesting, to say the least.

 

Hey, everyone? Couldn't these berries just be something to get from a remake of Ruby/Sapphire? I mean, who says they're from another region from Z? I definitely think Z could be in a new region, but they're probably going to remake Ruby and Sapphire eventually. The evidence for Z taking place in a new region is undeniable, but does that mean you'll even be able to find berries? You couldn't find them in Unova. But Ruby and Sapphire had TONS of berries throughout the game, many berries.

The DLC region also sounds kind of fun, it's plausible since they can actually do it now with the E-Shop. Maybe they could let you visit other regions from past games too?

The "new legendary Pokémon" seems a bit odd to me. It looks like a mask, or something from Easter Island. I don't really see how it looks legendary, or like a Pokémon at all.

 

I know. It does seem a little weird. There is a confirmation on it "looking like a Pokémon" though. Maybe it's a loose resemblance, maybe it's not.
