What do you think about the friend safari? Is it an unfair advantage for people without friends? Or is it a perfectly fine tool used that's even game? What parts about it did you like? What parts did you dislike? Would you want to see it back, and if so how would you change it?

I really love the Friend Safari! It's a great tool for Pokédex Completionists, Shiny Hunters and Competitive Breeders. I don't think it matters whether you have friends or not, because you can just ask around online and find at least 5 people who are willing to exchange FCs so you can get a Friend Safari. If they do bring it back, I'd like to see more variety in which you can get, and maybe more Pokémon per Safari. But apart from that, I think it was a great addition to the Pokémon series.

I don't really have many friends who play Pokémon either, but with the internet and all, it's actually very easy to get access to any Friend Safari I want (like the Friend Safari reddit). I prefer the Safari Zone but the Friend Safari isn't so bad. I spent quite a lot of time catching Pokémon there back then because they of the Hidden Ability thing.

Honestly, I don't really care if it's back or not since it wasn't that huge of a deal for me. I think the Safari Zone is more enjoyable.

Honestly is not an unfair advantage considering you can just enter a safari exchange and boom you have safaris, no need to actually be friends with the people. 70% of my friendlist are people from an exchange like that just so I could get different kind of safaris. Other than it was a good place to get breeding fodder there wasn't really much else to it, unless you wanted to hunt for shiny mons in them and like Raf I don't really care if it comes back or not.

When I first encountered Friend Safari, I found it so great to be able to encounter so many Pokémon in a place I could only access with my FC's. It felt almost magical to walk into a new Safari Zone after having obtained a new FC. Now that I've been playing the game for a longer time though, it has lost its flair. Honestly, I don't really care if it returns or not. Looking back at the earlier games, I think I prefer the Safari Zone over the Friend Safari too.

I think that's it's pretty easy to go online and find some people to exchange friend safaris with. It's a great resource for finding Dittos, Lucky Eggs, and Shinies so that's neat.
