The streets of Xrea were chaotic as always. Pokémon were hiding under trash can lids to protect themselves and a barrage of knifes pelt the streets. Heiwana stood on a window cill of her lonely apartment watching the flashing display of the knifes pelt the streets from the black mechs that fly overhead. The sites of things falling from the sky was not unusual. The pollution made it hard to breath in the sky and hard to see what was around you. She spreads her wings and drifts down and lifts up to to to the covered alley ways. Wooden platforms protect her from the entourage of cutlery. She looks around the alley way to find a couple rats. She swoops down and grabs their tails. She flies to a trash bin where a trubbish comes out "Ahhh my daily meal. How are ya today Heiwa? " Heiwana tosses the rats at Trubbish's face as she says "My name is HeiwaNA not Heiwa." "Ahhh well. Thanks for the mice! Heres your payment!" The Trubbish takes out a pouch of silver coins and places them on the floor before slugging back into his trashcan and eats his rats in peace. Heiwana dove down and grabbed the coins and flew back to her apartment. The sounds of knives hitting the wood made her a bit uneasy each time but just flew into her window and threw the pouch into the corner. She goes back to looking out the window and watches the flight of mechs causing havoc. @Jupjami
"Haah, same old, same old~" Caxu thought aloud, grinning as he entered a small building, unminding of the stares of disapproval sent at his direction from those of the higher castes. Behind him floating in a strange disk-like object was a large bag, no doubt filled with food the Kecleon managed to smuggle from somewhere. The other Pokémon made no move to take it, however, in spite of their own hunger. The last fool who tried to take his food never tried again. Continuing his leisurely stroll, he climbed up a few flights of stairs, making his way to the top of the building. Being most prone to the mecha attacks, the attic was the cheapest room in any building. "Hey guys, I'm back-!" Caxu exclaimed before a Charmander with bright red stripes jumped at him, or more specifically the bag behind him. "Alright! I'm starvin', thanks a lot Caxu!" the fire-type shouted, rummaging through the bag, making the Kecleon sweatdrop. "Oi Tsu, save some for the rest of the gang, would 'ya?" an Aron with green stripes sighed, walking slowly towards the Charmander before bonking him on the skull. "Oww! What was that for, Ofu?" the lizard, now known as Tsu growled as he painfully rubbed the back of his head. "You're bein' an idiot, that's why!" Ofu, the steel-type groaned as the Kecleon laughed at the Charmander's misfortune. Allthewhile a Snivy with blue tattoos silently placed the bag of food in the centre of the room, scaring the three as nobody noticed him appear in their midst. "Gah! Gisu, don't scare us like that!" Tsu shouted as the grass-type simply giggled. "It's your fault for not paying attention~" Gisu replied as the Aron split a piece of bread between the four, keeping the rest away. "Mmm, Oran bread," Tsu drooled, looking at Caxu with stars in his eyes. "Caxu, you're the best!" "Heehee, thanks~!" the Kecleon exclaimed happily as he hugged a grumbling Ofu. "Anyway, let's eat~!" "Itadakimasu~!"
Heiwana sighs as she flaps her wings and dives down the window to the nearby coffee store. She knew she had a couple bits of cash on her and wanted to get something to drink . She flew to the door dodging all the knives and cutlery falling from the sky. She opens the door and looks at the people inside. She sees none of them show any care for her. She flies to the counter and looks at the list of coffees. "May I please have a cup of just dark coffee?" The Barista grunts and grounds up the coffee beans. He slowly pours the hot water on top of it. "Ya sure you don't want anything else? Heiwana looks at the clerk who was a kangaskong with a missing left eye covered by a black eyepatch. "No thank you that will be all"
"Are you sure about this you guys?" Ofu asked, looking at the grinning Kecleon and Charmander warily. "Don't worry, Ofu, we can handle this~!" Tsu exclaimed, slinging a hand around Caxu, who gestured a peace sign with his arm. "Yeah, we have a plan; it would be our biggest heist ever!" the normal-type exclaimed happily. "If we can pull it off, we won't have to worry about food or rent for a whole week!" the fire-type added, making Gisu sigh. "As long as you two promise you will make it back safe," the Snivy muttered, looking outside their window, watching something afar that nobody knows about. The Aron just groaned, annoyed about his friends' carefree nature. "Just... don't get killed, alright? And light the candle on your way out!" Ofu shouted as the two rushed towards the door. "Yay thanks gotta go bye!" the Caxu and Tsu chorused as the Charmander lit a small candle beside the door with his tail. With a thud the door closed, making the steel-type groan. "I really hope things are going to be fine... right Gisu?" Ofu asked, looking to his remaining companion, whose eyes were widened. "Uhh, Gisu?" "No way..." the grass-type said, shaking as he continued staring. "Gisu, snap out of it!" the Aron shouted, shaking the transfixed Snivy, who refused to wake from his entrancement. "Gisu, what's wrong?" And the world went white.
Heiwana grabs her coffee mug and flaps her wings to a nearby table. She dips her beak in to get a drink. The sound of knives breaking into the roof disrupts the feeling of the calm scent the coffee shop gave off. She attempts to concentrate on her coffee while a couple people in the corner play a game of poker while chatting "So did you hear? Some dude broke into the main tech area again . Heard they got into a bit of top secret government jazz." Heiwana calmly listens to their convo and pays no mind to the sounds from the sky.
"Okay, time for the secret mission briefing~!" Caxu declared, whispering as the two Pokémon huddled together under a table inside a coffee store. "Our plan is we will go inside, take everything we can and go out!" "Yosh! I'm gettin' fired up for this!" Tsu declared, raising his voice a little while still managing to keep the volume low. "So where are we gonna go this time~?" The normal-type gestured for his friend to come closer. "We're going..." he began, the two looking around for any eavesdroppers before continuing their conversation, "... to steal from the food factory!" "You mean that place filled with mecha guards? Alright!" the fire-type grinned as he pumped his fist into the air, accidentally bumping his claws on the table and spilling coffee all over the Granbull who was conveniently eating above them. "You insolent brats! Come back here!" the canine growled as the two reptiles ran off in a panic. "KEEE!!! GOMENNASAI!!!" Caxu and Tsu chorused as the two disappeared into the busy streets (and miraculously avoiding any falling knives).
