Unless you are getting your game online or used, video games normally come with something known as a game manual. I'm sure you have all heard about it, so I won't bother explaining them XD

So, do you keep your game manuals? Do you read them? Do you throw them away? Do you sell them online for that tiny bit of extra money?

    Let us know!

I only read my game manuals when I'm bored and there's NOTHING to do. The controls are usually in the game, and what you do is also said in the game... :/ So... eh...

Yes, I keep them. They belong in the box anyways, so why throw them away? Even though I don't read them anymore, I feel that they're a part of the game in a way. I don't buy many games online for this very reason, because my brain is stuck in a tradition.

I always read the game manual to learn the controls and layout of the game before I even play. It gives me an advantage in the early game.

I keep them! Love hoarding those since they're so pretty.. I also love the smell of new books and manuals so that makes me all the more tempted to keep them. x'D; They're nice little collectibles.

I don't even look at my game manuals until I'm really finished with the game. I somehow like to read them, and I keep them inside their game, where it's pretty organized.
That official artwork in the manuals though-

I loved looking at them years ago! I always found the lil' blurbs a manual had concerning the story and certain main characters. It was usually no more than a page, but still, it fascinated me for a time. Now I get disheartened whenever I open up a new game and only see a white slip of paper. Booo!

When I was littler, I used to keep the manuals and read them all the time, for fun! I never do anymore, as nowadays, they're all digital on the consoles, which I don't really get. I'll just look up a tutorial if I need to, haha.

I love these so much! Shame they don't seem to be putting the small ones in the box anymore. I still buy all of the ones for Pokémon, they're just so fun to read even if I know all the info.

Well there has been times as of late where games no longer come with Manuals in the physical copies anymore, usually it's just a small pamphlet with game settings, but no longer do they really make manuals since developers try to incorporate everything the player needs to know in the games already. I wouldn't mind cool fact pamphlets since I remember in sonic games they would list each character with a Biography next to them, which actually helped fans understand some Canon and story behind certain characters.
