So I was thinking about all the amazing games that have come out in the past ten years and how far gaming has come and I am curious what peoples take away from the last decade of gaming are so here is my personal game of the year for each year 2011-2020 (yes I know 2020 isn't over yet but I doubt something better will come out by then) and if your feeling up to it I would love to see all of yours this honestly wasn't as hard as I thought it would be once I saw a lot of my favorite games came out in different years 2011 Dead Island 2012 Telltale's Walking Dead 2013 Bioshock Infinite 2014 Sunset Overdrive 2015 Until Dawn 2016 Shantae 1/2 Geine Hero 2017 Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2018 Smash Ultimate 2019 Resident Evil 2 2020 Shantae and the Seven Sirens
These are only in the order of dates released. They have one of the first ones I played. 2006 Ultimate Alliance 2007 Halo 3 2007 Logan's Shadow 2008 Pokémon Platinum 2008 Crash Mind Over Mutant 2011 Minecraft 2012 resident evil 6 2013 Rayman legends 2017 PUBG 2018 God of War 4 2018 Among Us I am still playing Minecraft, and usually go to Pokémon platinum.
I feel like a dumbass for not posting here sooner Here are my picks 2010: No more heroes 2 2011: Too many to count this year was fantastic. 5 of them would be Mario kart 7, Dark souls 1, Dead space 2, Terraria, and Saints row 3 2012: Hotline miami and Risk of rain 2013: Metal gear rising Revengence 2014: Shovel knight 2015: Monster hunter 4 ultimate and Bloodborne 2016: Doom 2016 and Dark souls 3 2017: Rivals of aether 2018: Monster hunter world and soul caliber 6 2019: Katana zero and risk of rain 2 2020: doom eternal and nioh 2 There could be a lot more in some years because of just how damn good games were in that time. But this is just my list.
