Games you Want, but Don't Have the System For

Animal Crossing for the Gamecube. This one always gets me. I really hope they release it on the Wii U eShop soon since that is a possibility, but I hate waiting for it and really want to give it a try. It looks like it is one of the best Animal Crossing games out there in terms of charm and playability.

 

I've always wanted to play Daxter, but I've never had a PSP.

For the longest time I wanted to play Pokémon XY and ORAS, but couldn't because I didn't have a 3DS. Good thing I don't have that problem now.

 

@[member="Achromatic"], I have the one for Gamecube, I think you'd really like it! You can do a lot of neat things with the villagers. Like you can play soccer with them and theres a lot of delivery missions too. Ive had to deliver a few gameboys before And if you have a gameboy lying around, you can do a small minigame on that too! I'm sure they'll put it on the eShop too. If they do, I'll definitely buy it! The graphics would probably look slightly better-ish on it than my gamecube!

Anyways, as for me, there's a really cool looking underwater exploration game coming out for PS4 called Abzu. Ahh it looks so neat, I super want it! But I'm not sure I want to buy a whole PS4 for it :S There's only a few other games I want for PS4 out right now, anyways. Here's the trailer for Abzu!

Yep, it's called GTA V (the remastered version) but I don't yet have a PS4. Refuses to play any Xboxes

 

Glad that you mentioned the Daxter part, as I was once in that boat as well. Eventually I got to play it, and it was worth it. I probably spam played it for a year or two until it broke.

A game that I want but don't have the system for would have to be Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. I'm a bit of a large Kingdom hearts fanboy, and if I don't own a Kingdom Hearts game that's already out, I get a bit hectic, heh heh...
I've played the game before, and beat it. One of my friends let me borrow the game and the system it's limited to, which would be the 3DS. It was disappointing, though, because eventually I had to give everything back. You may be wondering why I feel this way if I already played the game, well:
1. I have every Kingdom hearts game but Dream Drop distance (For 3DS), and of course Kingdom Hearts 3 (It isn't out yet).
2. Everyone has that post roam situation where after they beat the game, they go and finish things they haven't completed or just fight enemies.

The only reason I'd buy a 3DS would be for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance...unfortunately I don't have one, and don't see me getting one anytime soon because of reasons and such.

 

I want to get all the Pokémon games for the GameCube but I don't even have the system for it. It's too hard to get one these days, especially in my country.

I also want to play Fatal Frame IV and V, but it really sucks that they only released them for the Wii. I preferred playing games like those on my PS3.

Lastly, I want to replay Phantasy Star 2 Portable, Kingdom Heart Birth By Sleep, and all my other favorite PSP games. Sadly, my PSP's buttons haven't been working for 2 years already and I can't even find anyone anymore who still repairs PSP consoles.

 

Xenoblade and Majora's Mask for the New 3DS.
I really want to get Xenoblade admittedly because of Chuggaaconroy's Let's Play of the game. I just admire the expansive environment and the lore, the characters, plot, and all the content they put in.

 

This is a very relevant situation in my case. Until all this time, I have never had the chance to play X/Y, ORAS, and all the other 3DS games because I don't own a 3DS. I'm really quite left behind in all the hype, and I fear that it'll be quite a long time until I finally do manage to own one. I'm used to it already though, so not a huge deal.

 

Mario Kart 8. I have considered getting a Wii U, but it's not something I really see myself going out of my way for. I have played the demo of it a couple times at the GameStop when I take the shuttle to the mall.

 

I'm lucky to have the systems for most of the games I'd want. So there isn't much complaining there, haha. Used to want a Wii U for MK8 but I ended up buying that solely for this game and totally don't regret it.. even if I haven't played for ages due to not having a good TV. </3 Most games for systems I don't have, like Xbox or Playstation, don't interest me too much.

 

I would love to play Dark Souls (2), but we would need beefier pc for that

Besides that, there's no other games I strictly have in my mind to get right after I buy it.

 

There are so many games I want but don't have the system for. All the things I have, are outdated. An Xbox360, which I don't play much, a DSi, which I play loads, a Wii, which is broken and a really bad PC.
Obviously I want ORAS and XY, but there are a range of other games I'd have, like Fire Emblem: Awakening, Professor Layton: The Miracle Mask (and Azran Legacy), and definitely Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

I actually came really close to buying it, we were in a boot sale, and just as I saw it, in the corner of my eye, someone stepped up to the person selling it and bought it. I was pretty sad, but hey ho, things happen.

 

I really want to play a ton of the awesome indie games that are only on the Vita/PS4, particularly Sound Shapes, but sadly I lack both systems. I might get a Vita TV sometime in the future, although I might also just wait until I can find a really good price on a Vita. I would of course also like a PS4, but realistically that's not an option.

I'm actually surprised at the amount of people who don't have a 3DS. But I do feel grateful for my banged-up original model now though

 

I really want the new Star Wars: Battlefront game coming out on PS4, but sadly, I don't have one of those. I also really want Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox One, but I don't have that either. I really want Halo 5: Guardians on the Xbox One too, along with Master Chief Collection. Lastly, I really wish I could get the Xenoblade Chronicles game releasing onto the New Nintendo 3DS.
