    That is an amazing tribute to the poor fellow. He was having a bad day and you make it worse by beating him. Maybe losing would've cheered him up?
    He did have a Pokémon that could've been great in the hands of a great trainer. If only he could quit his day job for a Pokémon journey. Maybe someone who is experienced at ROM Hacks could try something about it.

    In the sequel of Pokémon X&Y, the Gardeners will stand up against the world, and from a new evil organisation: Team Flora. Specialising in grass type Pokémon, they want to take revenge on everyone, and make them as depressed as they were.
    (This has been confirmed by Nintendo, and I'm totally not making this up or something)
