    Hi! I like to make Pokémon art. I'm not really a competitive battler or collector, but I am a fan of nuzlockes!
    I had Pokémon cards when I was very little and I had watched the first movie and a bit of the anime, but I only really got into it when I got my first Pokémon Game: SoulSilver. Not long after getting it, most of my friends had begun to move on from Pokémon, but I loved it.
    For a few years, I gradually became less exited about Pokémon.
    Then, in late 2013, I joined my first forum (an Australian brony forum). There was an abundance of friendly artists on there and it inspired me to attempt my own art.
    Up until then, I hardly drew anything other than stick figures, so for my first serious attempt at art I started making pixel art. Over time I tried out new things and experimented with different mediums, software and styles (I still do!) and as I started joining more social websites such as Deviantart and Tumblr, I discovered Nuzlocke comics. I fell in love with them and decided to try my own nuzlocke, drawing them and giving them personalities. Soon I was scribbling Pokémon in the margins of my maths book during class. <_< >_> Shhh!
    Making Pokémon art became one of my favourite things to do. This, of course, made me more exited about Pokémon than ever!
    I'm still honing my art skills so that I can make a decent Nuzlocke comic to this day...

    I haven't actually made any finished comic strips quite yet; right now I just have a few draft pages and google docs with planning for plot and characterisation. Once I do, though, I'll be sure to post them there! ^_^

    That honestly brings a smile to my face, being a long-time artist. I've been a dedicated artist for over ten years now and have dabbled in a lot of different mediums though I've found digital art of animals and Pokémon to be the way I have most fun with it all. Glad to hear you plan to post your works in the future - they're sure to be great. n~n

    Anyways, welcome, brsajo! Hope you've been enjoying this sweet little place so far and will continue to stick around. :) Everyone's friendly and we're always down to assist when need be. Cheers and awesomepossum that you are/were into MLP, I'm a pretty big fan myself.

    Like I said before, I'm having tonnes of fun! And I'm certain I'll be sticking around for a very long time! And it's certainly not in any way related to wanting to claim characters!

    Yay! We can be pretty pink party pony possum pals (Gues who my favourite pony is :P)! I still frequent the Bronies Australia forum and consider the community there to be my internet family. That's okay though because VA can be my internet family the second!
