    I was vaguely told about some sort of tournament thing in Lake Valor, that may just be the place to prove myself.

    Thanks! Unfortunately the tournament already started, but don't worry, there will be more soon. If you have any questions, you can ask people like mentors for the best answers since I'm still quite new myself and sometimes have trouble. Anyhow, have a lovely time here!

    Shame, I really wanted to be a Gym Leader, Achromatic advertised it to me as if I'd get to join the tournament, he's now ignoring rant messages I send to him. xD

    He went on about a tournament and asked me if I was interested to join yet never mentioned it was closed, so I'm kinda disappointed.

    If they ever have to like choose new gym leaders then I want.

    This tournament is only to choose the first three Gym Leaders. After the first three leaders are chosen, the rest will be by try outs.

    The community here is really nice. We don't really have many problems with people being rude. I've run another site in the past and I'm constantly amazed at how much kinder everyone here is, compared to the majority of the last site I ran.

As has been said before, the current tournament is closed, but you will have a chance to challenge the League once it's set up to earn cool things like badges, and possibly become a Gym Leader yourself! Either way, feel free to post around the forums and chat with people, we're all very nice here, and many members are more than willing to battle/trade if you ask.
