Hey guys, I've been meaning to ask this for a while now and I've been wondering.

What's a good, 2-D animation program? I've only used MMD, but it's a 3-D program and I'd really like to work with something 2-D like seen in some animated PVs.

Please let me know if you have heard of or use any that could be of good quality and the price of it if there is one. I really want one till I get my hands on flash, please give me some suggestions!

I've heard that Pencil is pretty decent, though I've never used it myself.

I've heard EmoFuri is a really good animation program once you figure out how it works. I'm not sure if it has an English version though, but translating it isn't too much of a pain. I've seen some amazing 2-D animations done with it! There are also a bunch of useful tutorials you can watch with it, some on youtube are really helpful.
