    Hello There! My name is Kenzie and it is nice to make your acquaintance. I'm a Pokémon player that started playing when I was given a copy of Pokémon Diamond form my friend as he was leaving to move to a different state. It was the first game I ever played and my favorite Pokémon ever was Turtwig as it was the first one I ever had. I don't know why but I always have chosen the grass type starter since then.

    After that I bought Pokémon Y and it was the first one I ever beat. It was also the first one I ever caught a shiny in (which was a shiny Magikarp). I then went on to get Pokémon Black and Pokémon Black 2 which I think have the best story line out of any game. I actually had the most fun with generation 5 more than any other.

    After all that I started breeding in Pokémon Y and have become a formidable competitive battler who does not think much about strategy but still uses it in the team and I look forward to getting Pokémon Alpha Sapphire next Friday.

    I am glad to come to a forum that reminds me of the first adventure I ever took in the world of Pokémon.

    Grass starters are favorites of mine, too. I've mostly been choosing them when playing bar D/P/Pt where I preferred Piplup for its diverse movepool and unique typing. Nice to have other grass-type fans so kudos to you for being awesome! Welcome to Lake Valor. :D

    Battlers settle in nicely here as well so please do get involved in our Competitive forum as well as the rest of the site. And do stick around, all right? This community is very friendly and constantly growing so there's always something to do.

    Starting from the end of Pokémon? There is nothing bad in that.. not too late to became a player, even if you start with OR/AS, because everyone here can tell you that Pokémon change your life and make you grow us a person (I am not talking about muscles, some people think that xD).
