As most of you probably know, Pokémon have a variety of different growth rates. The growth rates are
    • Erratic
    • Fast
    • Medium Fast
    • Medium Slow
    • Slow
    • Fluctuating
So if you level up some Pokémon with the same amount of experience, they won't grow as fast as other Pokémon on your team that have a different growth rates.

What do you think about growth rates? Do they work okay? Do you want to change them?

I'm personally all for changing the growth rate of all non-legendary to 1,000,000 exp and legendaries to 1,250,000. Life would be a lot more fair that way, imo.

I'm okay with all the current growth rates; they've never bothered me all too much. However, I'd personally do away with Erratic and Fluctuating. They're not really necessary.

I don't mind the current growth rates really, I don't really notice it that much when training.

I dont usually bother with growth rates, but I notice it when it is too slow and its annoying when it is.

Growth rates make raising Pokémon more fun! It gives more effort into raising a Pokémon and I don't mind it at all. It's just more of a challenge. Can't say it's not helpful to have it be a little faster for Pokémon I like, but it's cool nevertheless.

I think it's not too out of line with growth rates, because some Pokémon obviously need to not grow as fast as others - like (pseudo-)legendary lines. But with Erratic and Fluctuating, Game Freak might not have been as in favor of it, as there haven't been any Pokémon in either of those egg groups since Generation IV.

The growth rates are really well distributed. I'm very impressed because usually that type of thing is imbalanced, but Gamefreak pulled it off excellently.

I don't mind the growth rates at all. They're realistic, for a Pokémon game haha. Not to mention it makes everything a little more fair, so stronger Pokémon don't level as quickly as weaker/more common Pokémon.

Growth rates are a really mean thing to do. Especially when handling with fossil Pokémon.

The concept of growth rate is really cool, but it can get annoying when you have to grind up a new Pokémon in a Nuzlocke xD Training up a Nincada in its early levels can be such a pain x_x
