Do you have any good habits? How frequent do you practice them? How did you start them, and when? Why do you do it?

Do you have any bad habits? How frequent do you do them? How did you start them, and when? Why do you do it still? Why are they bad?

I have a bad habit of leaving my glasses somewhere random and then I'm unable to find them, sometimes I put them in places where they could get easily crushed. No matter how many times I tell myself that I won't do it again, I still end up doing the same thing.

I also have a bad habit of being rather unorganised, eg if I get any work-sheets from the teacher, I'll end up chucking it in the bag and then later will panic when I'm unable to find it, not to mention the papers become terribly creased. This also the same for any important documents, like last week I was cleaning out the cupboard and did a count of my reports. One was missing and I increasingly started to worry since its super duper important, luckily I remembered where I put it. I'm horribly lazy when it comes to putting things back to where they belong  Hence ,usually at the end of the month there is a messy pile of things that have yet to be put back.

My ex girlfriend has a bad habit.

I prefer to call it a naughty nun outfit.

My bad habits tend to revolve around lingering disorganization from my youth. I used to be really messy and disorganized, and it's so bad now that I physically can't clean my room because of all the junk and unworn clothes and miscellaneous clutter. I think when I get a new living space (be it an apartment or just a new bedroom) I'll be able to kill that bad habit by starting with a blank slate.

That and procrastination. It's a big one.

I've got plenty of good habits too though. I always show up at work fifteen minutes early, brush my teeth twice daily and floss once daily, and when the weather warms up again I'm going to start up my jogging habit again. My good habits are generally numerous and noticeable, so many people are surprised when they find my living space is in such disarray and that I tend to handle anything with a due date on its due date.

Habits, eh? Speaking of habits, I have quite a few...

Doodling. I doodle so much that it actually has become as much of a habit as fiddling is. I doodle whenever I see paper and something that I can draw on, whether it'd be a cheap item or not! If I see a paper and there are no tools for me to use to draw, I feel uneasy and try to move away from it. I doodle in front of the computer as well, so there is always a pile of papers in front of my keyboard. Once these papers fill up with drawings, I store them in a drawer since I am too sentimental to throw them away....!

Fiddling is another habit of mine, especially during school. I am an inquisitive learner, but for some reason, I listen and understand content more when I am fiddling, which is why I don't feel right when teachers ask me kindly to put the pencil/pen/to stop clicking the pen/anything else down.

That being said, I am trying to improve my study habits as for the past two years, as I feel like I was rather unorganized. I want to finish my tasks earlier to eliminate my habit of procrastination.
