Halloween costumes

I'll be dressing up as a succubus this year (16 consecutive years as a succubus. Is this a world record? I think so.) Anyways, I spend a good few hours per day on each part of the costume. Of course, I have to start over about two or three times until I can tailor it to my liking.

 

I've got an easy but creative idea that's timed well with ever-changing pop culture as of right now: I'm going to need to go to an automotive shop or hardware store to get a blue jumpsuit so I can do one of two things, or maybe even a mashup:

1: Joker as seen in in the "Death of the Family" multi-series arc of DC comics. Pretty much Joker wearing an auto-mechanic's jumpsuit (optionally labeled Joe's Garage), with a toolbelt and his own face strapped to his, uh, face. Ref: [1] [2] [3]. (despite my connections with the publisher I work for, I can't get a special deal on that DotF + Mask package deal DC is selling, so I'd have to shell out some money for an official scalped Joker face)

2: Fallout Vault-Suit. Pretty much just the same thing, a blue jumpsuit but this time labeled with an up to 3-digit number on the back in yellow, plus some makeshift armor and the same toolbelt from the Joker outfit. Ref: [1] [2] [3] (what number to put on the back? 8, 13, 42, 69, 77, 101, 108, 112 are the ones I'm considering. Not 111 yet though, that's going to be too popular this year.)

Last year I was overly simple: Batman T-shirt (Justice League style, grae and without the yellow oval) with black jeans and black-on-black Chucks, making a pretty darn good casual Batman. I even saw a Catwoman, but she didn't act like I expected Selena Kyle would upon seeing me. At least I didn't try to take her into custody.

 

I don't think I'll be dressing up... Both of us used to have witch costumes but they grew too small on us, and all we have now are costumes of Pit and Dark Pit, who I don't think are fit for Halloween... or are they?

 

I want to dress up as Excalibur from Soul Eater but I need to finish my costume first.

 

I'm planning on doing what I planned to do last year but didn't have the funds for. I'm going to be Poison Ivy. I have a great mask which isn't designed as a Poison Ivy mask but has the look of it. It will be my own interpretation of her and not directly modeled on any existing version of her. Mostly because I can't sew to make my own and all the mass produced costumes are well cheep and unattractive. I'm hoping it works out this year but I might not get it done in time.

 

I'll probably go as a witch from MacBeth or a Thespian (Actress) again.
I've got one monologue about down pat... I just need to get in the groove and figure out how I'll be speaking it.

I realllyyyy wanted to dress up as Finn Bálor for Halloween. But then I realised that none of friends wanted to do spoopy stuff so yeah. :c

 

They don't want to do spooky stuff for the month of spookiness?

 

Well, this year, I shall be life. and I shall be giving lemons.

I'll probably do a quick Jellal Fernandes costume. Just gotta find some blue hair dye and red facepaint and I'll be good to go.

I'll be going as an Assassin (Female Connor to be precise) from Assassin's Creed. I have my coat, sword and trousers. I have a red scarf that I can use as a sash.
