Hey LV! How healthy are you? Do you eat right and exercise? Personally, I think my body is falling apart lols there's always some organ that fucks up.
I guess I eat pretty great and try to keep my body all nice and healthy, but I have some serious light sensitivity that came from being in the dark too much and now my body can't process the vitamin d properly so I am one of THOSE people haha. @[member="Artorius Collbrande"] I wish your kidneys, heart, and other organs the best of luck and health UwU

I had a physical lately and I appear to be largely healthy with no obvious problems. My LDL cholesterol levels are slightly above average, but not by too much, and that can easily be mitigated with diet. Other than that, I take fairly good care of my body, so I've been in good shape for a while - despite not getting very much exercise overall. It's a little weird that I am as healthy as I am without exercise. But diet is a huge factor, that much I know.
I think I could stand to lose a pound or two, or at least work out harder. I have a doctors orders not to do any cardio so I do strength training every few nights, 6 sets of 30 second planks, 30 situps, 15 push ups, 120 squats, and 30 seconds mountain climbers.
My diet consist of mostly junk food. Yet for some reason I'm not fat (yet). Not only that but I don't really sleep well. I can lay in bed for a good two or three hours until I finally fall asleep. I'm pretty sure that I'm unhealthy as heck.
May I ask why that is? My initial thought is it has something to do with a physical shortcoming of some kind. I ask mostly because I'm curious and like to learn; if you'd rather not say, then I will drop it.
my doctor said I am not allowed to because I don't keep weight on very well and I am fluctuating between underweight and healthy weight. I drop weight really quickly when I do cardio.
I think I'm pretty healthy. I mean, I'm not Chuck Norris (only Chuck Norris is Chuck Norris, everybody knows that), but I'm in fairly good shape. I do karate three times a week for an hour, and I train otherwise and pretty hard. My diet is again, pretty good, it's not all junk food, but I will have the occasional chocolate bar or chip bag. I think I'm in pretty good shape. What really amazes me is the appalling lack of good health and diet at my school. We have the 'Fit Test' thingy twice a year, and it's almost HUMILIATING to see other people's scores. To take a quote from PopularMMO's, 'Have you ever been so embarrassed for someone else that you actually become embarrassed?' I think a lot of people don't take as good of care of their bodies as they could have, which is kind of sad. To give a reference, they might literally die during Dauntless initiation. #MissingNo
