    Hi everyone. This is probably the third time in the last two years that I make a comeback to Pokémon. I always find myself making a comeback to Pokémon forums but then I get busy irl and go on a long hiatus. Hopefully this time I will be more active. I've been busy because of school and working but now I have graduated high school and am now on summer which means I have more free time than ever because going to school full time and working a job is very stressful and I would have like no free time at all. It was all worth it though since I graduated Valedictorian and I received scholarships so I won't have to work during college in the Fall :).

    A little about me: I've been playing Pokémon for a long time. I've been on many forums and have even owned my own forums. I was the founder of Pokémon Colosseum, PokeRevolution, and one of the owners of Pokémon Mysidia. I enjoy competitive battling but as of late because of my hiatuses and such I am very out of date of the competitive battling scene. (Ex. I haven't even played B&W or X&Y and don't even know how mega-evolutions work, lol.) But I hope to slowly make a comeback to battling.

    I hope I can stick around this place :)

    Welcome to the forums Arctic!

    I too am a competitive battler who doesn't know much of the X/Y meta so I understand how that feels to jump in right away. I'm pretty sure you'll get a better grip with it once you have time (seems like you do). :) We do have a whole section for discussing Competitive play and another for battles; sometimes we even have tournaments.

    It seems like you have finished a chapter of your life, it does feel good to graduate and feels even better getting a scholarship (congrats) and just relaxing for the summer. College does sound good, what are you going to major in? I'm currently in university majoring in Studio Art.
