    Nice to meet you all, my name is Avid-8Cancer. Not exactly sure how to go about this since its my first time here, but I hope we can get along! If you have any questions, feel free to ask but nothing too personal, I hope. Thank you all for taking the time to read this, I'll go ahead and add a tidbit about me.

    I hear Final Fantasy is a wonderful series, though for whatever reason, I haven't managed to play any Final Fantasy games myself! :c

    But anyway, don't worry about settling in, forums pretty much become second-nature pretty quickly. We have very friendly Forum Staff, as well as Mentors (whose job is specifically to help out new users who need help). So any questions or concerns you have should be directed at them. :)

    Thank You, karatekid, Pixil, and Sheep, its good to be here. To answer Sheep's question, the first game I started with was Pokémon Crystal when I was 8 years old. Didn't finish it, my cousin had to do it for me. Played R/B/Y once, then a few years after that I got Sapphire for Christmas, enjoyed that. I was really young at the time, so I was under the notion that I could just sweep through everything with my starter. Big Mistake. I haven't played Pokémon since, but then someone was kind enough to give me Pokémon Emerald. It wasn't until I got Pokémon Emerald that I started to play for real this time. Finished the game, this time using all six of my Pokémon. It felt really good to accomplish something like that because Emerald is pretty much my favorite game. I haven't played any of the newer ones but I would like to play Platinum even though its old and yes, I'm also looking forward to OR/AS.
