This might be kind of a weird request. There's a song that I listened to a few times a few months ago, long enough ago that I can't search for it in my history anymore. For all I know it's not actually an obscure song, but my description is going to be pretty vague. So what makes this a weird request is that I literally can't remember anything specific about this song. Here's what I do remember. I'm pretty sure the song is by an indie singer on youtube. He had a really ordinary sounding first and last name. (First name was something like Mike or Mark, maybe. I could be completely wrong though.) There were also female vocals in the song but I don't remember the female singer's name either. I think the background of the video was something like a lake with a boat, some trees, and some lights floating around. It might have been animated? or at least the image scrolled? I'm pretty sure it had lyrics on screen. I remember in the description of the video, the singer mentioned he wrote a different song (which I also don't remember) about going through depression and that this song that I'm looking for was sort of a response to how his music/fans helped him recover from it. I don't remember anything specific about the lyrics, but the male parts were sort of a retrospective "I'm a terrible person" sort of thing while the female parts were written as the perspective of his fans sort of offering encouragement. I've been trying to revitalize an old character recently and I remember when I listened to it at the time thinking that this song really fit the character, so I'd like to find it. I doubt anyone would be able to find it unless they already know the exact song I'm describing in the vaguest details possible, but I'd appreciate the help.
