Help wanted, Design for Legendary

I'll totally do some rough ideas to help out~ *Sails into the land of ideas1*

 

i might be able to whip something up to contribute too!

here's a rough sketch i whipped up. i don't reay have a name but i'm thinking poison/ground? it's loosely based on a mix of a pangolin and a lamprey. lemme know if you want more detail.

 

First of all, I cannot draw, so I only did it because I wanted to help the project, but it's still easier to explain if you have a concept. I did it with Paint for 5 minutes. I didn't even try to make it good.

So my design is an "ultimate" Poison Pokémon with different elements from another poisonous creatures. It's a chimera creature with frog/tortoise head and body, however, on its back, you can see a poisonous mushroom where it created the toxic gases. Also, it has a scorpion tail, which is a deadly weapon against intruders.

 

I like that sketch that Bubbie made, it's quite and interesting design, kinda remins me of a Poison/Grass type version of Quagsire in a way, just from the shape. I'm imagining it having a dark purple-ish body, with those spike things being a light or dark green. with the tongue being either a yellow or a red, which would make it's mouth like a poisonous flower.

 

thanks! ^^ you're kinda right for the olors, i'm picturing a dark purple body and a yellow tongue that's tipped in red. the spikes will be red-tipped green and possibly some green or red flecks on its body.

ooh, I like those ideas for colors, actually makes sense, it'll almost be like some sort of deadly poisonous plant. I'm guessing it'll end up as a Poson/Grass type the way those colors would go.

 

Our Legendary will most likely be pure Poison, though we may add another type. Anyways, please remain on topic and post any concepts if you have some.

 

Through cooperation/collaboration of myself and Bubbie, with his permission, I have produced a sprite from the designs he drew, they may not be exactly how he had pictured them, but the creature still turned out great in my opinion. What do you all think of it?

Oh, sorry bout that, haven't really known you that long, your avatar gave me the assumption that you were...plus I have a relative that calls himself Bubbie, he works on cars.

 

I personally think the sprite can still show off some of the lankiness of Bubbie's design.

Please keep on topic and try to post only if you have a concept to show. That's the point of the thread.

 

Rough sprite idea, and has no name. It produces smog in its body, and expels it from the two pipes on its body. It can also breathe the smog out of its mouth. It would be a pure Poison type. Only managed to post this at all because I'm sneaking time to make it

 

I'll come up with something tomorrow, since i'm on the art team. (Can't tonight-- watcing the Matrix, finally....)
