Hoenn: After Death

The Beartic looks at Anubis and she snorts, "I'm with you. I'm tired of living in his hellhole. Besides, my ice attacks do a good amount of damage to those infected." She chuckled and rolled her shoulders as she walked over to the Lucario. "I'm ready whenever you are."

 

Lilly quietly raised one of her leaf-like arms. she spoke softly "I'll join you two. The sun doesn't shine here anymore. I can't safe or help anyone without sunlight.." She walked over to the Lucario and Beartic, doing a little curtsy. "I'm Lily. It's a pleasure to meet you both. Where are we heading?"

 

The Beartic looks toward the entrance of the Gym and growls. She then turns to the Lucario, only to the nod at the Lilligrant, "Nice to meet you, Lilly. I'm Hoshimi." She then looks at the Lucario, "Hey, i'm going to check outside and see if I can't keep the undead at bay."

 

Deacon had been sitting on the rim of the cavern that house Sootopolis City. He had taken to surveying the both inside of the craterous city and without. Things had not been looking well and the desolation both comforted him and scared him. He heard the rancorous cried of the others down below and turned to look. They were looking for a way to fly to Mossdeep? He scoffed. Surely he wouldn't be able to fly them all there. She swooped down to join the group.

"What are you folks crying about? If you're looking to fly, I may be able to carry maybe only one of you, but that's only if you give me good reason. What's in it for me?"

 

Hoshimi gasped as the Lucario was attacked by an undead. She rushed forward, her fist glowing blue and she slammed the undead off the Lucario. She looked down at him, "Hey, are you alright?" She asked, then shot an Icicle Crash at the undead. The icicle sliced through the undead with easy.

 

The Beartic looked at Anubis' leg and she almost had a panic attack. She sucked in a deep breath and nodded, "Names Hoshimi and yeah, but it'll be along journey. It might be better if we see if any of the centers Chansey are in the gym." She carefully helped the Lucario to his feet and placed his arm around her shoulder, "Alright, this is gonna hurt a bit, but trust me, it'll help alot." The Beartic said as her eyes moved over his bent leg. She placed her paw on his leg, took a deep breath and looked at Anubis' face again, "Listen, for this to work, you need to focus on my face. Focus on my voice, because this is going to be," She gulped. "Really painful." She looked at him seriously, and her grip on his leg tighten. "Alright, here we go. Three........Two......... One!"

 

"Gotta keep going." Hoodoo said to herself as she continued to zip through the streets, trying to avoid all of the zombies trying to block her path. She needed to find help and getting snagged by one, wasn't in her plans. She looked behind her, at the mob following behind. When she paid attention to where she was going, there was a sudden wall. She stopped before it and looked up. Being a ghost, she could easily escape. But she wanted to get even with these creatures.

Turning back, she looked at them and flailed a bit. "Oh no. What ever shall I do?" She backed into the wall as the zombies made their move towards her. They all lunged at her. She let out a giggle and went through a wall as the zombies smacked the wall. She could hear them pawing at the wall and growling hungrily. Not like they could eat her anyways, but it was amusing to her.

Hoodoo turned away and continued to move her way through the streets. She heard a yelp, a cry of pain. Slowly she stopped and looked in the direction where it came from. "Huh. Should I?" She wondered and debated. Could she help them out? Could she keep going? She decided to go and help.

The zombie that was spotted by Anubis was lurking about. Hoodoo didn't want it to give chase to her so she decided to out right attack it. "Peekaboo!" She chimed as she appeared before the zombie. "Are you looking for something~?" She chimed happily and teasingly to it.

"Have a taste of this~" She launched a Psywave attack at the zombie. Hoping it knocks it down, so it didn't hurt Anubis and company.

After all was said and done, she floated around looking for the source of the screaming. She spotted the crew and stopped before them. "If I didn't know better, I would have guessed you were a very starving zombie~" She teased Anubis.

 

Atop the old Pokémon center, the young charmeleon, Zero, sits and surveys. Though the building is trashed and over-run, none have managed to reach him or his stolen goods he had raided the place for. Few, infact, even moved to try at him. It seemed he was relitively unnoticed.

With one claw held to his lip, he surveyed the area, his face calm and thoughtful. When Anubis let out his cry, both Zero, and the hoard turned their heads in his direction. Zero released a sigh and cast a fire spin around the Center, blocking them in and burning the building. As the flames caught, Zero lept from the rooftop and walked off to the cry, slinging his bag of supplys across his shoulder.

Now closing in on the group, Zero rose his hand into the air, holding his scarf out like a flag as a sign that he wasnt an enemy or zombie. He stopped a short distance away, waiting for them to match his sign.

 

"Damn you, the living dead!" She furiously charged towards the zombies that were blocking her path, bashing them in the head. "You know what's funny, I'm a plant and they want to eat the hell out of me..." She thought as zombie blood stained her body. "I don't really care if anyone's still out there but is there anyone still alive?!!!" She yelled out to the streets full of the living dead. It looked like the zombie apocalyptic films that were just fiction back then, but now, it's real, and she's in the middle of it. Snivy really wasn't good in large groups but she really needed help, she was outnumbered. She still managed to walk and bash through the hordes despite of this...

 

"Ugh, why did this have to happen?" "If I'd knew they'd be here, I would had never came!",Pikachu thought, while running away from a herd of zombies.
Pikachu was doing a great job running, just until....
"OOF!"
Pikachu had managed to trip over a rock! "Ugh, this klutzy ability of mines is NO use!", Pikachu said in his mind, looking up to see a wall, making it a dead-end.The undead had surrounded him by now, so Pikachu thought.....
"If this klutzy ability doesn't effect my signature move this time, I won't fall to the undead...", Pikachu thought, just has he charged at the undead, with Electricity surrounding him. As he charged, he knocked undead out of way, and jumped as high as he could! Pikachu's plan was to knock the undead out of his way, jump with all of his speed, and hang onto the wall, which he did! He pulled himself up, and a few feet away, he had seen about 4 Pokémon crowding around!
"Yes! If these Pokémon dont appear to be Zombies, we could form a team or something!", Pikachu thought, as he had ran over to the Pokémon, asking them if they were trying to find a way to get away from the undead.

 

The Beartic looked at Anubis, "Anubis?" When he didn't wake up, Hoshimi started to panic. She laid the Lucario on the ground and hovered over him, Oh Arceas! What have I done?! She was about to take Anubis back to the gym, when she heard something. She turned on her heel, ready to fight, but watched as a Mismagius takes out some random undead.

She then blinks when the ghost comes over and says something to the knocked out Lucario. Hoshimi cleared her throat, "Um, excuse me? Thank you taking out that undead." She laughed lightly and rubbed the back of her head. "Anyway, i'm Hoshimi and this," She pointed to the fainted Lucario, "Is Anubis."

As the Beartic continued to converse with the ghost type, she turned to her right and noticed something in the distance. She tilted her head slightly and squinted her eyes. What in- Before she finished that train of thought, she noticed that the new Pokémon was some kind of fire type and it was waving it's.....flag? Hoshimi blinked, but shook her head and waved her arm, motioning for the fire type to join them.

When the fire type came closer, Hoshimi blinked. A Charmeleon? Wow. I've never seen one in person before. The Beartic smiled at the fire type, "Hello~" She chimed. She took a step forward, "My name is Hoshimi and this," She pointed at the fainted Anubis again. "Is Anubis." The Beartic grinned and reached for her guitar, but remembered that it was back at the gym. She huffed.

As the Beartic grumbles about her forgotten guitar, she hears a yell. Her ears twitch and she looks around. She lumbers past the Charmeleon and sniffs the air. Her powerful nose picks up a strange scent and a load growl rips from her throat. She turns to the ghost and fire type, "Can you two take Anubis to the gym? He needs medical attention and I believe that a Chansey and/or Audino are at the gym. I need to go check something out." Hoshimi then takes off on all fours.

As the Beartic runs for the city, she passes a Pikachu, but keeps running. When she reached the city, she never stopped running. The ice type ran past undead after undead, only shooting an Ice Beam at the ones trying to attack her or were in her way. Skidding to a halt, the Beartic is met with a horde of undead. As she gasps for breath, the undead turn and start coming for her. She backs up and growls, "Back off!" But the undead keep coming and Hoshimi shot an Icicle Crush at the horde and ran into a building.

 

Zero sighs at the sudden departure. "That girl is going to end up dead..." He muttered as he plucked a potion spray from his bag and moved to the downed Lucario. "Now grit your teeth. This'll sting, but its a spray that can heal bones, so you cant complain"

 

Snivy saw a Charmeleon and a Beartic in a distance as he was slicing through the hordes of the undead. "The heck are they doing there? They're out in the open!" She thought as she continued. "I guess I better join them, I'm outnumbered and staying in a group greatly increases the rate of survival." She then dashed through the horde, heading towards the group. But suddenly, she saw the beartic running away, leaving the charmeleon and a downed lucario. "The heck he's going?" She though as she proceeded. She then reached the group, "Yo guys, need some help? I'm Snivy and I'm not a zombie." She said as she placed her stick stained with blood as her shoulder.
