What types of foods do you usually eat & how often a day? Do your eating habits tend to be healthy or unhealthy? Are you dieting at the moment? What would you change about your eating habits?
Over 75% grain and dairy. I eat mostly healthy food, but not the right balance of it. I would add more protein, fruit, and vegetables, but I don't really like most meats, and I eat enough peanut butter as it is.
Horrible. Sweet tooth aside, I just can't get into eating vegetables on a regular basis. Occasionally I get a hankering for a salad, but most of the time I just want to eat something filling - I always feel hungry after eating salad, which is weird because everyone says salad is supposed to fill you up faster. As far as frequency, I live on a college campus, so there are specific times I can eat. I try to not keep any food in my dorm to cut down on snacking, and the only things I drink nowadays are water and unsweetened tea.
Pretty awful. I eat fast food pretty often since my family doesn't cook much anymore, and fast food is readily available (seriously, there's a mall strip literally on the same block as my school). But I've been trying to drink more water and turn to healthier options, too. Usually I eat one big meal in the morning and the night and I rarely snack in between.
My eating habits are..bad lol. I’ve been trying to get better. I got really sick recently so now my stomach cant take tolerate a lot of food. Since I live on campus most of my selections are just fast food. But I have been making an effort to go to the store and get food to actually make into something. If not, then I’ll just eat soup or something. I’ve been drinking tons more water. If I had to change anything about my diet it would just be eat more the once a day and cut out campus food.
I don't even know how to cook to save my own life. Currently I'm eating whatever my parents give me. But I fear that one day I'm gonna end up trying to live off on ramen.
I'm pretty happy with my diet. I usually have some form of grains for breakfast and lunch, and it's often meat and salad for dinner. My only problem is that if I'm home I tend to snack a lot, but it's mostly fruit anyway haha.
My food contains vegetables and pulses mostly. I also eat lot of instant noodles because I dont have time to cook food for myself and noodles are pretty cheap too xD Am not happy with my diet but its alright
To be honest, I have a very fixed diet. Weet-Bix for breakfast (often the only thing in the house, two sammiches for lunch and each night's dinner is dependent on what day it is. The only time I get any sort of snack is when I'm at my grandparents' house or when it's a celebration of some sort. I rather like the schedule though.
I get something vaguely resembling three meals a day, and high calorie supplements that mean I just look over the edge of the cliff rather than leap headfirst off it, so to speak. My diet isn't as unhealthy as it could be - I'm in that awkward grey area where I don't eat those healthy fresh things everyone says you should eat, but what I do eat hasn't been processed to the point you could probably use it to dissolve limescale buildup in a washing machine - there just...isn't enough of it. Yeah. Food and I do not have a good relationship at all...
I should probably eat more vegetables, which is weird because I do like vegetables. Honestly, I'm more concerned with not exercising enough.
I don't even know the exact amount of food I eat but it's quite a bit lmao. I tend to eat a lot of small things everyday and it's sometimes not so healthy... whatever I eat stuff for the taste most of the time. I probably won't fix the amount of food I eat because I rarely gain weight from food so thats chill
My eating habits arn't that great. Though I have cut out a lot of super sugary stuff from my diet, mainly soda. I've only had it twice in the last 4-5 weeks, which is pretty good since I used to have it every day. I also no longer crave it which is great. Now I only drink fresh orange juice, tea, and water with a bit of lemon juice squeezed in. I've also been eating smaller meal portions, and have cut down on things like pasta, cream, and bread (though to be fair I was never really a big bread eater). I've also been eating less takeaway, and if I do get it I go for the healthiest options available to me (usually wraps and salads). Of course this week has been a bit of a junk week due to Easter, but after I eat all the chocolate I was given (which wasn't massive amounts, thank goodness) I'll be back on track hopefully
I wish I could have an unhealthy diet, but that would lead to more agony than its worth...I use that word literally, 90% of foods give me physical pain. I can not eat anything processed, with wheat, with dairy, with egg, with soy, and with corn, without inflaming my intestine and causing infinite headaches and maybe migraines. The taste is usually never worth it. Incidentally, that leaves very low calorie foods as my only option and I'm forced to eat a ton to just barely get enough calories to survive (I'm exaggerating a little, but it is a problem). Usually my go to is oats mixed with dark chocolate because of the calorie count. Sometimes I spurge and have something bad, but those times are rare. I'd say that my diet makes me really healthy besides the whole too low calorie bit.
There are days where I go and forget to eat literally the entire day and then the next day I eat like there is no tomorrow and then I think to myself and say, "Hey I don't think that I ate anything yesterday. Oh, well." At school, I eat their breakfast if the line isn't too long (Especially since it is free), but I don't touch their lunch with a 10-foot-long pole (Cause it is that terrible). Blame school for my bad eating habits is the moral of the story. X3
