    You post, when you post your active buddy will earn experience (Game Corner doesn't count), once your egg is high enough level you can hatch it.

    Oh also, it won't hatch automatically - you'll have to check your Pokémon collection. When a green arrow appears next to your egg, you can click on it and it will hatch.

    Oh yeah that's very important to note yes, thanks St0wl. Normally you would be able to see which level the egg can be hatched at but the Catcher Dex is currently hidden since I'm updating it with the Gen 3 pokémon. Odd eggs can be hatched at Lv. 10.
