I found OR/AS to be a little more tedious when it comes to money-making in comparison to X/Y.. miss the Battle Chateau, gah. What is your preferred method of making money in this game? How much did you make and in how long on average?

I think the Elite Four is where I went to go get my money, but it was so tedious and by the end of it I was really sick of fighting the same people, over and over again.

I'm going to give the lame answer and admit I use a power saver to get 999 of an item, then sell them all. Money making is quite the hassle in ORAS.

In Sea Mauville, you can find a key in one room and use that key to get into other rooms with different keys to different rooms, and so on. If you make it to a certain room, you can find the Storage Room Key. Go outside into the front area and surf to the side (i think) and go into the room. There's a crapload of nuggets and big nuggets sitting in there, along with ice beam and a mega stone. That, and I used an amulet coin constantly against rich kids and elite four. Hope this helps.

I just rebattle random trainers using the Trainer's Eye (or whatever it's called now...) and my Amulet Coin. I hate that the battle Chateau doesn't make a comeback, but I think the ability to rebattle NPC's makes up for it.

Beating up the E4 and the rich kids, haha. I use the Resort for this too, challenging the trainers you can fight daily for money and leveling.

    I did this as well.

Before this, I just did E4 runs with amulet coin.

I usually just go to the Elite 4 and grind for a bit, which is rather tedious, but that's how I always did it in the previous games. I miss the Restaurants in X and Y, they were always my go-to spot for some quick cash.

I literally sold everything in which I didn't need. Which was a lot. Too bad I couldn't transfer my money from X and Y~

I'm going to give the other lame answer of rebattling trainers and seliing items; Why didn't ORAS have Gym Leader rematches when XY had them again? Ah, well, least we have Secret Bases and Prize Money Power

I mainly do rebattles, not so much the Elite Four though but that's mainly because I usually trained weaker Pokémon for dex filling purpose.

I did lots of Elite 4 runs with an amulet coin at first. But I started getting lazy and I wanted to focus more on catching the legendaries and breeding Pokémon. So yeah, I ended up being lame like J.J. Knight and Satix (hail powersaves lol) xD

I just make money from battling trainers and I try hard not to spend much. Since I rarely use potions and stuff I only use my money for PokeBalls, lol.

have a Pokémon that knows happy hour and dark void and have it holding the amulet coin. Take it through the elite four using the max level prize money o power. Get the Pokémon to use dark void then happy hour then switch to the Pokémon that does the fighting. It is recommended the the Pokémon be at level 100 to help reduce problems. If you can, spam payday to take down some of the opposing Pokémon. Do this for every elite 4 member and the champion. Remember to be online when doing this as it can increase the rate at which your o powers regenerate. Doing this will do this to you prize money
    (prize money) x 2 x 2 x3 = total earnings for battle.

Battling every day at the inverse battle shop is good too. You can get 4,400 or 8,800 depending on how you did.

I just attached an amulet coin and ran wild, I quickly found that I didn't need to waste time looking for money because I had those bases covered or I had enough anyways

I usually try to get money in all of my Pokémon games, but for ORAS, I didn't really try. In fact, I think I'm a little broke! But by training Pokémon in the Elite Four, that's where I got most of my money. Then I had to spend it all again and... sigh.

An easy begginer way to earn money earlier in the game is to get a Pokémon with payday and spam it but this generally only works in the early game untill you can start farming items. Once you can farm items just combine it with pay day if possible. Other than that the elite four method I mentioned earlier is one of the better methods.

This is exactly what I did too. I got myself 999 Nuggets, then sold them to get 5 million Pokédollars. Man, being rich feels good.
Before that, I stuck to the Amulet Coin to get more money.
