In the PC box, do you sort your Pokémon? If so, how do you do it? I usually keep all of my weakest Pokémon first, and my strongest in the final PC boxes.

The last time I sorted my Pokémon, I sorted them in numerical order. Nowadays I don't catch enough Pokémon to not be bothered by the gaps. XD I don't really sort anymore. There were also times when I sorted by type, and in my Black version I have boxes for "in-training," "trained," "parents" etc when I was attempting EV training and breeding for nature. That didn't last long, though.

I used to do it by type but I got too lazy to do that anymore. Now my Box 1 is my lv 100s which is almost full. The last few boxes are Pokémon I use for C-Gear battles with my friends including my shiny Pokémon. Then my other boxes are just random Pokémon basically.

I first dedicate one box to one type (sometimes 2 types in a box if there's not that many Pokémon of that type, Steel/Dragon or Dark/Ghost). Then I arrange the Pokémon inside those boxes by level, weakest to strongest. I separate legendaries, though.

My system is a bit more complex... I usually have a Box or two set aside for legendary Pokémon only. Then there's a few for random Pokémon I catch and/or don't use anymore. I have a Box for Pokémon I want to train, a Box for baby Pokémon, and a couple Boxes for duplicate Pokémon (when I'm hunting for a certain Nature). With the advent of the PWT, I set aside a couple Boxes for competitive Pokémon. One is for the Type tournaments, another is for weather teams, and another is just generic Pokémon I'd use for anything.

This might sound a bit OCD but I sort my Pokémon into boxes in their Pokédex order and the generation they are a part of. I also have a box with all my shiny Pokémon and event Pokémon. I also have a lot of extras too and I'm thinking of giving them away here.

I usually have the Pokémon I train / have trained separate from the rest, and all the other Pokémon I organize by type!

I sort them by type, then designate about two or three boxes to legendaries, one for favorites, and one for EV'd and competitive play Pokémon.

I'm a dork and get annoyed over the idea of having a hard time finding the certain Pokémon I want. So i usually have my boxes labeled the specific element. Then I'll have a random "EGG" box for all them eggs. I also have a box where all my cool/favorite Pokémon sit in. This usually consists of my trained Pokémon, lvl 100s, Pokémon I am training, HM slaves, useful Pokémon, etc.

legendaries get a box, lvl 100's get 2, guys I want to train get a box, all others are by type. A ton easier to find things, level is too inconsistent

I partion my Pokémon into parties of six, and then I put those parties in the box, from top to bottom, in the order I made them. When I box them, I usually put my grass type first, flying type fourth, and water or surfing Pokémon last. To keep the parties in order, I mark the Pokémon in the party. The first party has a circle mark, second has a triangle mark, etc. When I made more than six parties I used double markings. In White, the first box contains the Pokémon caught in that game, then there's a box for the Pokémon from Diamond, and after that comes Soulsilver.

After the boxes of parties, there is a box for miscellaneous Pokémon, of sorts. I put my Eeveelutions, fossil Pokémon, bred Pokémon that don't have parties, and the five Rotom forms here. After that is a box with Legendaries and rare Pokémon you find in the overworld (like Snorlax and Volcarona).

AND THEN, after that, is just a box full of truly miscellaneous Pokémon. I'm not trying to come off as over-organised, but from the top of my head, that's how I sort my Pokémon.

I usually sort them by type. One box for water type, the other for fire, etc etc. Then it'll easier for me to withdraw them from the PC (in my opinion, hehe) :)

Numerical order according to National Dex once I get it. Before that I usually just throw them randomly into the first few boxes. :3

I sort them by type as well. I have 2 boxes for each type, a box for eggs and dittos, a box for legendaries, and a "Favourites" box for my frequently used party members.

The first box is called "Welcome...". This box is always up, that's were caught Pokémon go, and here I keep Pokémon I'll use from time to time (Not team members, but "tools", HM slaves, a thieving Pokémon+Compound eyes Pokémon, a high leveled blissey I use instead of potions (Softboiled), etc. and also Pokémon I'll be using soon for whatever purpose.)

The last box, meaning just to the left of the first one, is "Special?". Here I mostly keep team members and high-leveled Pokémon, and some other Pokémon that just have to be there.
The next two boxes to the left are for legendaries, which are ordered by generation with gaps for the few I'm missing, and "repeat" legendaries are kept in the second box to the left, along with the unova ones (That don't fit in the first one)
The box to the left of that is a "Breeding" box. I keep a few ditto in there and a few abra with synchronize and an useful nature.

The rest of the boxes are for types. However some types need two boxes, and even then they've filled both, so some boxes adjacent to the full type-boxes have overflowing Pokémon. For example, to the right of Water 2 I have Ice, which has Ice Pokémon at the top, and water Pokémon at the bottom, since they won't fit in.
This might be because I've almost completed the pokédex, and for most Pokémon families, I keep one of each link in the line, instead of just the last one.

I don't really do anything... I just shove them in there... The only thing I obsess over it making sure all the rows are full and that I don't have to go searching through the boxes to find one that has only one Pokémon in it...

    Yeah... Exciting, huh?

I usually sort my Pokémon by level as in 1-20, 21-40, and so on depending how many Pokémon I have. Then I have separate boxes for Pokémon I'm happy to trade, starter Pokémon and eeveelutions.

In Gen 6 most of the boxes are just filled with any variety of Pokémon I have, with no gaps or ordering. After all of those boxes, I keep four, but no more than four boxes full of Wonder Trade Pokémon, every once in a while I'll go through and cycle them with Wonder Trade for the Pokemiles, not to mention the better odds at the Loto ID. Then I have two boxes just for teams I've put together, which are not many at the moment, and a box just for shinies; hopefully I'll need a second one, heh. Lastly, there's this one box for repeat shinies called 'Shiny Raffle', for after I fill it up a bit, if I do, they will be going towards a new shiny raffle here on LV.

A box for Torchic, two boxes for pairings for MM and two boxes for Speed Boost Adamant Torchic for WT Wednesday.

Everything else is just all over the place.
