I know that everyone has their different tastes when it comes to parties. For my parties that are usually thrown in the late summer, I buy some nerf guns and ask a friend to bring their Will-U so that we can play Super Smash Brothers. Once it gets to nightfall, my brother starts a bonfire and we eat smores and play Werewolf. And somewhere in there, we eat some pizza or hot dogs and hamburgers. So, how do you throw a party?
I don't hold parties at all, it is not for me as I don't enjoy these kind of things in general. I'm not a party snek at all since these kind of things often leave me drained for days afterward and since I'm chronic tired already being trashed for days after is not really my cup of tea.
I shut my door and my blinds, put on my headphones, and rock out to the sweet tunes on my playlist. That counts as a party of one, right?
That might just be a consequence of being quiet and looking ordinary. I myself tend to enjoy being in a quiet corner of the room, just so long as while I'm there I manage to meet with a friend I'd planned to meet there. Social gatherings can get very loud and populated, so I just look for the quietest area and make a beeline for it.
I get a bunch of popcorn, turn off the lights, and watch a bunch of Marvel movies alone while curled up under a blanket.
I'm not a party person at all. I don't think I've even had a proper birthday party, although I've been to plenty. I'm the kind of person that finds the dog or cat at a party and hangs out with them lol.
My party consists of my siblings being at school or my grandparents or something, going on my PS4, and gaming the day away.
