How has Music affected you?

Music is my motivator. I'm pretty useless most of the time without it, so I'm almost always working with speakers blaring or headphones plugged in. Course, the trade off is that usually I'll listen to one song on repeat until it gets stale, then frantically search for something else.

Thank god for middle and high school band for really introducing me to the wonders of music. I wonder how different I'd be without it.

 

Some music helps me create Stories some for my OC's and some just for myself xD

 

I absolutely LOVE music. It also changes me while I am listening to it. For example, some songs that are fast paced make me feel energetic and pumped up. I usually listen to those songs while riding my bike. I'll listen to those same songs when I'm trying to do something quickly. When I'm doing something that requires intense focus, I'll put on some calm or sad music that makes me think about lots of things at once. Once I stop the music, however, the effect wears off quickly.

If I didn't have music, I don't know what I would do. Music drastically effects my productivity. Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today.

 

Music helps me write and helps me get in a different mood when I need it. I've always found it cool how music can effect your emotions so drastically, and even better that I can use it to help me focus more. I listen to a really wide range of music, from metal to EDM to some pop, so I have something for every mood.

 

To be honest, I went for most of my life without hearing music and even now, it's not important to me. I usually listen to music while I'm daydreaming, thinking of my friends, or remembering good times from my past. Music is really nice, but I could live without it.

 

Music is my jam.
You have to have to eat it with bread.
Without it, the bread tastes boring.
You can live with out it, yet your life will get boring.

 

Music allows me to do boring things without me getting bored. I think that's reason enough to love music.

 

Definitely in a postive way, listening to music really cheers me up if I need it.

 

Music is my life. I'm in the band nerds group and I wouldn't be where I am today without music.

 

Some music makes me cry,or be happy. Game music, Pop music,anything...except oldies music..

 

To be honest, in my younger years I wasn't really big on music, but I got into it a few years back now, and I'm happy that I did. I'll often listen to music just to make an activity more enjoyable, such as writing or even browsing cyber space like I am now, however there are some moments where I'll listen to music to help cheer myself up or just calm myself down when I may be upset or stressed. Music adds spice to life, whether it be video game themes or otherwise, in some cases you can literally feel or even in a way relate to the songs you may be listening to. In my opinion, a world without music would be a less appealing and noticeably more dull place to say the least.

 

Since I listen to a lot of anime, video game, Celtic, and classical music, I've found that it really helps motivate me at times as well as soothe me when I'm down or tired/scared. It also helps fuel my imagination~ Additionally, as someone who played trombone in a school band for eight years, I've found that it's helped with math skills (to a certain extent) and picking out different instruments in a song.

 

Music is almost everything to me. It's able to stabilize my mood, or change it in an instant. It's seriously helped me through some extremely hard times, it's kept me going. It's kept me calm, and showed me hope for the future.

Music is one of the most magical things to me...

 

I must confess something obvious but well...the music that I heard as long as I grow up always changed because I was changing, now I like different music but I still enjoy hearing the old ones. The music helped in bad moments and to enjoy more the good moments.The music is part of the life.

 

It has affected me to the point that I can't put off my earphones when I'm not at home, even in the class or on the streets. and I listen to it even when I'm sleeping. I just let the music play all night. I can't live without it. Ó ^ Ò
