Step 1 - Head to the Thrifty Megamart on Akala Island. Step 2 - Buy 10 Poké Balls until you run out of money. They can be purchased from the female clerk to the left. Step 3 - Sell all the Poké Balls back. Since you're buying at half-price, and when you sell you get half the full purchase price back, you're being given the same money you just spent. Step 4 - Walk away knowing you just filled your inventory with nice-looking capture tools without spending a Poké-penny
Yes, is been known since last year but is still a neat thing and I bet there's at least some people on LV that don't know about this method yet.
Yeah, I was just a bit confused, as for me at least it is not new. I think this is also the infinite money thing as you can sell the Premier Balls back as well.
it is the infinite money thing as well, two birds with one stone exploit, you can either choose to get money or get premier balls. That reminds me I might have to actually go do the money thing soon, running low-ish.
I prefer to just go to the battle buffet. As long as you don't finish all the turns and just leave you can challenge it infinitely a day.
That's true, it works as well probably even better. I tend to always be training mons and I often go to the league to power level things so I get a lot of my money from there.
Me neither, but is a good way to both power level and get money so I do it from time to time if I run really low.
Wow, this is such an easy way to get money. I never would've seen this. Now I don't have to worry about money anymore, so I can buy all of the Ultra Balls and Hyper Potions that I want. Thanks for posting this!
I... Actually never noticed this! That's awesome, free Premier Balls and cash for everybody! It's a miracle that store's still in business in-game
I make it my mission to exploit the faulty Alola economy and drain the global marketplace through Premier Ball cheating. If only this worked at Starbucks. I would actually be awake occasionally. #MissingNo
Although this "loophole" has probably been disclosed and discussed elsewhere on the Internet, I'm not really impressed with this, given that Premier Balls are little more than overly-glorified regular Poké Balls (same P200/100 buy/sell price, same 1× catch multiplier regardless of battle conditions or other factors).
