Everyone who creates art or writes literature all have separate styles or different ways of doing things. One art piece from one artist will never look the same compared to another. Same goes for writing! So how would you describe your style? My style is always described as cute. I’ve never seen it described any other way really. I do have some dark art but those are only for me.
I've never thought of what my style is when it comes to my art. The only thing that comes to my mind is 'emotional'. Not all my work is like this, but I do like to draw pieces with some rather angsty emotion. It's kind of soothing when I'm feeling a little off myself. My writing is also more emotional based too. Most of my writing is focused on thoughts and feelings as opposed to action and movement.
And I’m here to get ya thinking about it Emotional is a pretty good word to describe something. I draw art like that too and it’s very soothing!
I think I’d describe my style, if I even have one, as inconsistent. With every drawing there’s usually something that’s been tweaked such as how the image is shaded, how the characters are drawn, etc. An ongoing style experiment, I guess. Writing doesn’t happen often, so I’m unsure of how exactly to describe it, but it feels like the base things are thoughts, feelings and the actions brought about by said thoughts/feelings.
I don't really know if I have an art style. I kinda just use colored pencils and stuff so............. yeah. (Is not shading considered and art style?) I think my writing style is snarky and kinda like I don't give a **** since I swear a lot and make a lot of references to games and stuff I enjoy. I find this style fun to write since I feel like I can be myself. So far, people who have talked about my writing said they liked my "witty sarcasm" and the snarky little things I sneak in there. My Pokémon fic apparently has a sense of humor and a strong narrative and the characters have distinct personalities (I'm guessing that's mostly the main character and his Pokémon)
Literally the only word that can be used to describe my art style is "cartoony" because it is! I've also seen many people call it "unique" because even I can't find any other art style on the whole internet like mine...
